This is a brand new contemporary private villa on the beach at Smith's Reef, Grace Bay. It's perfect for a romantic vacation or your honeymoon. The villa is a one bedroom villa just steps, literally, from the beach on fabulous Grace Bay and the best snorkeling on the island, Smith's Reef. The villa also features a private pool for your personal enjoyment and relaxation.

The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with over-sized patio doors to the outside, a gourmet kitchen, laundry and a half bath. The second floor is a large suite, also with over-sized patio doors to a balcony with an incredible view of Grace Bay. You can also enjoy the view white relaxing in the spectacular granite tub that sits above and behind the bed. The second floor features an additional balcony with a view of the yachts in the marina.

Several restaurants are just a short walk away and all of the Grace Bay resorts are an easy drive. We can also offer concierge services for provisioning the villa prior to your arrival, arranging meals with a private chef, couple massages and tours if you ever want to leave!

If you love to snorkel this is the spot for you. Just off the sandy beach is all of Smith's reef ready for you to explore.
