3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8, hot tub and exercise equipment

This home is near downtown and is perfect for Austin Festivals South by Southwest (SXSW), Austin City Limits (ACL), and for Formula One. It is located in Tarrytown but was built in 2004. The master bedroom is upstairs and the other two bedrooms are downstairs. The house sleeps 8, including 2 on the large sofa in the TV room. In addition, we have 2 air mattresses, taking the total to 12 people. Wireless internet and cable TV are easily available. Free weights, treadmill, and outside hot tub are on the property for your enjoyment. There is garage and outside street parking available. Town Lake hike and bike trails, Deep Eddy swimming pool, and Zilker Park are all within walking distance. Restaurants and a grocery store also are within walking distance.

The famous Deep Eddy public swimming pool is one block away. Zilker Park and Barton Springs are within walking distance. One mile to downtown Austin. Grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, fast food, dry cleaning are all within an easy walk. There is fine dining a half block away. The municipal golf course is less than a mile away. Neighborhood is safe for children, with both a middle school and high school within walking distance. Very stable neighborhood. Barton Creek Mall is 4 miles away. Garage and street parking available. Perfect for SXSW and Austin City Limits Festival.
