Photos and Description of the Izmir vacation villa rental A fully furnished self catering holiday home,only 150 meters away from the beach

Our elegantly designed summer house (150 m2) is surrounded by a beautiful garden with apple, olive, grape trees with a roofed terrace where you can enjoy the soothing view of the sea, islands and a small forest. It is located in an excellent quiet town which is only a few minutes away from the centres of night-life, beach, historical sites and shopping centres. Our villa has a satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, toaster and a coffee machine. There are four bedrooms and the house can comfortably accommodate 7 people. If you like to bring additional guests, please let us know prior to your arrival. Shops and restaurants are only within the 1km diameter of the area. There is a small beach located only 150meters (within walking distance) away from the house. Although car is not essential throughout your stay, you may choose to rent one at the airport. There is a bus service every half an hour that goes to Cesme or Izmir.

Cesme is located in the west of Izmir. The name Cesme means fountain in Turkish. The name comes from the many springs around the area during the 18th and 19th centuries. The summer resort of Çesme is very popular with the residents of nearby Izmir. The white sandy beaches stretch lazily along a road lined with exquisitely built houses, several large hotels and a number of restaurants which serve excellent seafood and Turkish specialities. Every year an international music festival is held here, attracting some of the world's leading performers. Modern Çesme is adjacent to a historic city which is blessed with a 14th century castle and the ruins of an ancient caravanserai.

Additional information about rental rates

  • * Unit prices are in Euros per villa per week.

    * Reservation is made for weekly period stay.

    * Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 400 € for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 250 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 15 Nov), For each additional person (up to 7) we charge 35 €/per person/per week.

    * 25 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a down-payment to our bank account.
  • * Please contact us for the details of our bank account No.

    * Upon receipt of a copy of this down-payment, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

    * The balance 75% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made.

    * In case of cancellation on your part, the 25% down payment will be forfeited
    * Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rent.

  • In our villa, there are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC and a bathtub. The smaller bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is hot water 24 hours a day (Solar energy). There is also a washing machine in the main bathroom.

Location of the Villa: The beach is only 100 meters away from the house. It takes only 4-5 minutes to walk to the beach from the house. Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villas. The holiday villas are located: 3km from the village of Ild?r (Erythrai). 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre), 12km from Ilica beach, 18km from Cesme, 75km from Izmir, 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes). Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Il?ca and Cesme every 30 minutes. There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Transfer to and from the Airport to our villas are available upon request.
