The atmosphere, climate and situation are great and the proximity of all kinds of services: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, and the beach just 300 meters. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a toilet, a very large dining room with views to the beach and to the mountains, a very large kitchen and two terraces, one behind the kitchen and the other in the skylight which is also used as a solarium. This is a very quiet and familial neighbourhood, there is a lot of green, two swimming pools, one for babies and young children and another for adults. There are also two tennis courts that you can use during your stay and the social club with a restaurant. Enjoy this opportunity to be with your family or friends in a really attractive place for its proximity to the sea and to the mountains.

Fantastic holiday house in Cullera's beach, at only 300metres from it. Very good situated, near Valencia, where ou can visit The city of arts and Science, Gandia, and not far from Benidorm, where you have some thematic parks like Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar. Very near from the natural park of the Albufera and from the Palmar where you can eat a delicious paella. Two swimming pools, tennis, restaurant, private parking's and fantastic terraces with very nice views to the mountain and to the beach. There are a large selection of restaurants and bars and within the scenic old town you can find markets and the fishing port. A visit to the castle that overlooks the bay is a must and kids enjoy the excursion on the train. You can also visit Valencia City and the Aqua Park in Cullera is great Huge house, perfect for two families, 10-11 people. Air conditioning in the house.

I have been in this house the first week of july and everything has been very perfect, the house, the swimming pool, the beach... the house is very confortable and the owners have helped us to enjoy and have unforgettable holidays .
