This pristine, family friendly beach has none of the crowds and commercialism of nearby Myrtle Beach, yet offers easy access to its amusements, shopping, and golf. The sand is silky, the waves are perfect for boogie-boarding yet gentle enough for children. The unique east-west orientation of the beach lets you enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck of this comfortable home. You can even bring your four-legged family members to this sunny retreat!
Charming oceanfront beach home provides the perfect family vacation. Two separate living areas allow room for everyone to spread out and relax while providing extra sleeping accommodations, premimum cable with HBO and WIFI. The open and spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen and dining room (with large dining table) give you fabulous ocean views. You will appreciate the tasteful furnishings, hardwood floors, and beautiful views.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and attached full bath. The second bedroom features double bunk beds, providing sleeping for 4. A third upstairs room contains a queen and twin bed, with an attached full bathroom. Walk-out from 3 upper bedrooms onto a shaded deck with an inviting hammock and expansive views of the beach. The den has armchairs and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds, as well as a flat screen HDTV with a DVD player, a game table and a library of books.
The 2 first floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, and attached full bath. These rooms open onto a deck with a view of the salt marsh.
The spacious oceanfront lower deck is perfect for sunning and relaxing in the rocking chairs. There is a rinse-off shower on the walkway which is perfect for cleaning your pet after the beach. There is also an enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
We know that your pets are family too! Bringing them with you saves money and worry. We are pleased to offer them accommodations too. We appreciate your cooperation in treating our home like your own, so that we may continue to keep our house pet-friendly. We request that you rinse and dry your pets after the beach, and do not allow them on the furniture, regardless of your custom at home. All droppings must be removed from the yard. There is a non-refundable fee of $175 for up to 2 pets. If you have pets other than cats or dogs, or have more than 2 pets, please contact the owner for arrangements.
