This fully furnished, well decorated, beautiful 1720 sq ft newer home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Foxwood Subdivision on the West side of town. It is close to Northern Arizona University, Lake Mary and steps away from forest land.

The open floor plan from the bedrooms into the great room invites a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere where family and friends can gather. Enjoy the Direct TV with MLB Extra Innings, NFL Sunday Ticket along with Blu Ray DVD all with a premium sound bar. Enjoy movies and board games while sitting next to the remote controlled gas fire place. Every room in the house has been tastefully decorated and has ceiling fans for your comfort.

The master bedroom offers a queen size Beautyrest mattress and bedroom set with Direct TV and large walk in closet. The connected master bath has two raised sinks, jetted tub and separate glass shower.

The sitting room is perfect for alone time. The comfortable couch and sunlight from the West facing window is ideal for reading or for the kids to play games.

The North facing bedroom has a queen size bed with a Beautyrest mattress. The front window overlooks the professionally landscaped yard with an area to sit and wave to the friendly neighbors as the day passes you by.

The third bedroom also has Beautyrest mattresses on a twin size roll out bunk bed.

The professionally landscaped side and back patios with brick pavers offer a brand new full size gas BBQ grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Along the side of the home is a walking trail that can take you as far as you are willing to go.

The home is close to everything: 10 minutes to historical downtown with plenty of shopping and eating choices. 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University and the airport. Beautiful Lake Mary is down the road where on many evenings wildlife such as deer and elk can be seen. Sit with the locals at the lake and do some fishing.

Wonderful Cozy Getaway in Flagstaff AZ

This is a very nice home, very clean and well kept with a nice floor plan layout. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They made us feel right at home in their home. The listing is accurate. Just as a suggestion - they may want to mention there is room in the bedroom with the trundle bed for a blow up mattress. This would help if renters need more room for more people. This would entice people to rent this home over a larger home with more bedrooms. But this is only a suggestion. We were very happy with this rental and we have already suggested it to family and friends. We are hoping to rent again in the future.

This place was so beautiful! All of the furniture was new, which is very nice. The kitchen had everything I needed and it even had one of those Keurig machines with lots of choices for coffee(and cocoa for the kids!). It is a quiet neighborhood and lots of trails within walking distance. My favorite was the den/reading room. I just curled up on the couch with a book and it was just wonderful. I really felt at home, I highly recommend this house for your next stay. I know I'm going to stay here again!

This house is fantastic. It's a newer home and has brand new furniture. It is well equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. This vacation rental is the perfect place to stay in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is conveniently located, surrounded by beautiful scenery, perfectly kept and it is the perfect size for a large family or several close friends. The amentities are amazing! The master bath is like your own personal spa and the floor plan is a split master, which is great if you have children. The home is situated on a quiet street and all the neighbors are incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend this rental for your next stay in Flagstaff, AZ.
