Come feel at home in this comfortable, professionally decorated home, less than a mile to South Beach, 2 miles into town. Located just off the bike path, it's easy to bike anywhere from here. Bright, sun filled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 8+. This home is the ultimate in convenience to the renter. Bring nothing but yourselves! New appliances (including high capacity washer/dryer right off the kitchen), granite counters, Weber propane grill, four flat panel televisions, air hockey table, foosball table, cable, wireless hi-speed internet, Roku television streaming, new central air conditioning, even beach towels are at the house for your convenience.

After years of renting ill-equipped houses, we have tried to think of everything to make this home your perfect rental, from having a pack & play, high chair and umbrella stroller for kids, to champagne and martini glasses for adults. Basement/game room with sleeping area, perfect for keeping the kids occupied when you need your own space. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor, including the king master with a large walk-in closet. First floor with a full bathroom and queen bedroom, sun room, open plan living room, kitchen, and dining room that seats 10. Enclosed outdoor shower perfect after a day at the beach. Large deck overlooking a beautiful, flat back yard, perfect for outdoor games. Our home is filled with sun, lots of color and an eclectic mix of fun furniture. All that’s missing is you!

Our family cannot wait to go to our new home every chance we get. We have planned this rental to hopefully make you love it as much as we do!

We are a family of 5 currently living in northern NJ. Kids ages range from 7 to 11.

We had been renting in Martha's Vineyard for years, when this perfect property came on the market. It's the area that sits just about in the middle of the beach and the town, it's right off the bike path so it's safe for our kids, it has a perfect layout for vacation living.

Wow! Amazing Getaway!

I have never written one of these reviews before, but have benefitted from them greatly over the years, and feel compelled to write one about this home. From the moment we entered the front door, I felt very welcomed. The house is warmly decorated, very clean, and well stocked with what you need for a stress-free stay. The kitchen had all of the appliances and cooking utensils you needed to create nice meals for the family (when we weren't enjoying a night out on the town!). There were plenty of beach towels for us to use, and even a beach buggy to help us cart everything to the sand. These owners have thought of everything! Even though there were plenty of televisons in the house, with sophisticated programming, after a day at the beach the family spent a lot of time in the sunroom playing board games and reading. This home really invites those kinds of relaxing behaviors... I'm sold! We have found our home away from home for our summer vacations!

When our friends found out we were going to Martha's Vineyard, they recommended that we go to eat at Offshore Ale for their Blueberry Ale and lobster rolls. They were right! We also went to the Back Door Bakery where you can pick up donuts and apple fritters... the locals best kept secret... Amazing! Before dinner we took the kids to the Flying Horses Carousel. The staff told us it was the oldest operating platform carousel in operation. Of course, going around once was not enough! The carousel will certainly become a family tradition when we vacation in Martha's Vineyard. You can find these places I mentioned in the town of Oaks Bluff. This was one of our most memorable evenings out.

Relaxing Weekend Retreat

Wow, this is a great house! We had the most wonderful and relaxing weekend. Each room has it own personality, you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into creating the perfect escape. It has a very upbeat attitude and screams fun! It was very clean and the owners include many amenities to make your vacation carefree and easy. The common areas are spacious and have ample seating for large groups. Kitchen is in pristine condition, and easy to navigate. We had a full house and our stay was very comfortable and easy, we fully enjoyed the weekend.....none of us wanted to leave! A great little diner is located down the street, where we had a delicious breakfast on our way to the beach. The home is a short walk to the beach, or a quick bike ride..... the beach itself is a reason to rent this home.....quiet in the early morning or after sunsets.....and full of life during the day. Town offers many wonderful restaurants and unique shops. We all can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect Vineyard Getaway

This home, even in the dead of winter, is a perfect beach getaway. We loved the secluded feeling the home provides, and its walking distance from the amazing beach. There is NOTHING that the house doesn't have. Every item has been thought of, and each and every detail is at your fingertips. We have three kids, and they had a ball in the basement/game room, which provided us with much needed peace and quiet.

The house is very spacious, and the bedrooms, very large and adorably decorated. We LOVED the proximity to town, with the feeling that we were far away from it all when we got back to the house. It's so close to the beach, that when you stand outside, you can hear the waves. If you have a large family and want every comfort of home at the Vineyard, then this is the house for you.

I can't wait to rent this house in the summer season!
