This 3 bedroom townhouse is steps from Paramount Studio's Main Gate and walking distance to beautiful 'Larchmont Village' with its restaurants, gourmet food stores, coffee shops and much more. Conveniently located to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sunset Blvd, the hip trendy shops of Melrose, and the LA Convention Center.

The elegantly designed interior with hardwood floors throughout creates a feeling of comfort and being at home. The spacious living and dining rooms offer stylish furnishings which are offset by fine art. Flat screen televisions are placed in the living room, kitchen, and each of the bedrooms.

The living room has a working fireplace and comfortable furnishings to relax on those lazy days. The open floor plan leads into the dining area which then flows into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. From there you'll step through double French doors out to the back patio which is surrounded by lush greenery. An outdoor dining table and chairs complete an ideal setting for alfresco dining.

Beyond the patio is a large pool area for everyone to enjoy on those warm southern California days and nights.

Now going up-stairs, each bedroom has large closets. The queen size beds have European style down pillows and comforters with luxurious white linens. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a wonderful view of the pool and backyard. The two other bedrooms, one overlooking the front yard and the other the pool, share a full bathroom.

A washer and dryer are located and carefully concealed, on the landing leading to the bedrooms.

This large and elegant town-house also has central air for your added comfort. You will enjoy a home away from home experience in this quiet and peaceful setting.

LA Oasis

We rented Tim's beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's graduation from USC and it couldn't have been a more perfect fit. The pictures on the site reflect how nice the place is, but believe it or not it's even better. The decorating and amenities are impeccable and we never wanted for anything. Instead of going sightseeing on the day after graduation we spent the entire day and evening enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub, not wanting to leave our LA oasis. There is plenty to see and do nearby and a great market is one block away. Tim even has a bunch of take out menus, vetted by him and the couple of places we tried were amazing. None of us wanted to leave and can't wait to return. Truly a uniquely perfect rental.

Beautiful tucked away oasis

Can't say enough great things about this house. Very well-appointed and beautifully designed, great layout, gorgeous backyard patio and pool area, everything you could ask for. It perfectly accomodated a set of grandparents, one aunt, and roving small grandchildren and their parents. The hot tub and pool were of course a great hit. If you are looking for an alternative to a pricey/cookie-cutter hotel in the LA/Larchmont/Paramount area, this is for you. We'll be back!

Perfection

We loved our stay at this beautiful town home. It's in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The pool and yard were lovely and private. The 3 bedrooms are gracefully decorated and comfortable, better than a hotel room! We cooked most of our meals in the spacious kitchen, and the the home was stocked with everything we needed. Tim was very professional and easy to work with. Perfect VRBO experience!

Great vacation rental

Our family stayed at this gorgeous house for five nights. I only wished we could have stayed longer. The house is perfect in every detail. Tim has done a great job at renovating the house in keeping with the period in which it was built. (1925) It was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. It has a lovely outdoor garden area with a hot tub and a pool. It is in a perfect location to venture out and see the sights of LA. As others have said on this post, this house really was the highlight of our vacation. Thanks Tim for making it available.

I wanted to thank you for letting us use your lovely home. It was the highlight of our trip to Los Angeles. My husband loves architectural detail so he appreciated all the details you included in your renovation to make the house look period. I loved all your art.
