This is a fabulous and very unique property. Previously owned by EMI music and converted to a state of the art luxury house on 3 flooors. Total area about 6,500 sq ft. Very unusual for Central London. Large roof terrace and small garden. It is in a charming backwater. Unusually for West london, there is negligible traffic or aircraft noise.

It has been fitted out to the highest standard. It has oak hardwood floors throughout, underfloor heating as well as air-conditioning in the two main bedroms.

The property is ideally suited for access to the West End (Main tourist attractions and the underground, which is about 3 minutes walk away.

There are many excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. The property has two kitchens, one being professionally equipped to cater for the largest parties. The furnishings are to a very high standard. No expense has been spared.

This is one of the finest properties on the market and if you want a luxurious stay, this is for you!

Absolutely Perfect!

We spent a week in this gorgeous house on a family vacation. The house was large and luxurious and perfect for our group of 9. It was furnished so comfortably with elegant and homey touches everywhere. The beds were extra comfy and there was plenty of closet and bureau space. The spaciousness allowed us all room to spread out and with 7 bathrooms (4 en suite), we had all the privacy we needed. The owner met us the morning we arrived and was so personable, warm, and welcoming, we immediately felt we had made a new friend. Everything we needed to know about the house was very clear and there were no problems of any sort. The neighborhood was so quiet and pleasant after the hustle bustle of our days touring London, and so very convenient...just minutes from the subway and buses. There were wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood where we had many happy evenings getting to know the local people who were all so friendly. Just a short walk and we were enjoying drinks or dinner overlooking the Thames. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants space, luxurious comfort, quiet and convenience. We have been completely spoiled and hated to leave...thank you David!!!

A really fabulous house

My friends and I spent Easter week in London with our families. We stayed in this wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay really a lot. I often travel in Europe but I’ve never seen a property like this. David’s house is so huge, so warm, so elegant, so comfortable, so clean…better than a 5 stars hotel! We were near the underground so we reached the city centre in 15 minutes. David’s hospitality was the best and we wish to come back there again. There are 5 big ensuite bedrooms, a really huge and smart sitting room, a tv room, and a very big and cosy kitchen with living room where we spent all our time .Thanks to David’s house we had a wonderful time in London. DON’T MISS THIS FABULOUS HOUSE!

This property is ideally situated near the edge of the West End (all the main London tourist attractions/ museums/ theatre/ Buckingham Palace etc etc)in London. It is 15 minutes from Heathrow (the main London airport) and 3 minutes from the nearest underground (Stamford Brook on the district line, which will take you to the heart of the West End in about 15 minutes. One change is required in order to get to the main Olympic Village at Stratford.
