Newly updated, south facing 4bedroom home with flat screen TV's and cable in all bedrooms including games rooms. Backs onto lake and conservation area. Entertainment unit has 55' LEDHdTv, PS3 with 2 controllers and Sony micro stereo. All new beds, mattresses, linen and decor. New stainless steel appliances in kitchen with new plates, pots & pans and accessories. New furniture throughout. Wireless internet and free Canada-USA(continental US, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico) long distance pkg.

King bed master bedroom with lock box in walk in closet. 32' Flat screen TV. Ensuite with new granite counter tops with under mount sinks and faucets.

Queen bed 2nd master with 26' swivel mount flat screen.

2nd & 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each with 26' swivel mount flat screen TV's. Beautiful 'boutique spa hotel' furniture throughout. Extra linen's for each of the beds, we also have house towels and pool towels for everyone.

The patio doors to the pool are alarmed for your safety. You need to push a button to briefly deactivate the alarm before opening the doors, otherwise the alarm will sound when opened.

The house is professionally managed by a local company, they check you in and out. The Master Lock lock box is changed after every guest departs. The house is also monitored by ADT security.

About The Owner

We are 2 Canadian couples with 4 active kids between us who like to get away and enjoy the sunny south. Our kids like to travel with us and the Theme parks, water parks and mini putt that Kissimmee has to offer keeps everyone hopping.

The Owner purchased this house in 2011
Why The Owner chose Liberty Village

We choose to buy a rental home in the Kissimmee area because as Canadians we enjoy heading south in the winter. We hope our home appeals to those that want to get away from the cold for a few weeks to a few months. Being close to the Theme parks was a perk for grandma and grandpa to rent long term and invite family down to visit; alternatively for short term holidayers to enjoy the luxury of staying in a fully furnished home rather than a cramped hotel room. We really like the south facing pool and being on the lake & conservation area adds privacy to the location.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy sitting by pool and watching the pond get visits by the local wildlife, the deer grazing, the turtles sun bathing & the various birds walking about around in the pond. We also check to see if we have any visiting alligators sea otters. Our large family room TV invites everyone to get together and watch a TV show or movie. The PS3 temps the gamers to a challenge,

Our family came down to Florida for my daughters college softball spring training and we really enjoyed this house. It was close to the multiple fields and to all the surroundings. We enjoyed going to the ball diamonds during the day and checking out the many outlet malls at night! Cocoa Beach was also a great trip on the girls day off. The pool was a big hit at night because it was so warm ( a little chilly getting out). Out of all the houses that the team rented this was the most updated and nice. It was easy to make ourselves feel like we were at home. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic Rental House

This is a nice rental home looking out on a pond with much wildlife. Roads in neighborhood are very quiet which was nice for walking every morning. We enjoyed our meals out on the lanai. The house does not lack for anything.

From start to finish dealing with Jason was an absolute joy. E-mail communication was a breeze. The property management - Annette and Mark are great to deal with, although we only had to call them once on the security alarm system.

I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had 4 adults and 5 children in our party and the house was very accomodating! The house was well decorated and clean. It's a house that you hate to leave! We used the pool everyday and the air hockey table and pool table was a nice bonus for the kids and adults too! We saw ducks, birds, fish and a baby alligator in the pond behind the house......exciting! The owners of the house are very friendly and I would rent from them again and again!
