3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 5)

Location , Location, Adorable. This easy living, all renovated cottage is blocks from Main Street and Oyster Pond. Chatham has the best beaches, great shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, biking, golf, and tennis. Kids love Friday night band concerts in the park, minor league baseball games, the enormous town playground and visits to the Monomoy wildlife refuge.

This cottage has all of the modern amenities: cable TV, high speed internet, DVD /VCR, two flat screen TVs and a washer/dryer.

The comfortable furniture is a mix of new and antique.

New bathrooms, beds and kitchen make this old house the best of both worlds. Two bedrooms (Queen and two Twin Beds) and a full bath with deep tub upstairs, One bedroom (Full Bed) downstairs off kitchen, powder room and living room.

Central air conditioning and heating systems accommodate year round guests.

Convenient to the events at the Chatham Bars Inn and Wequasset Inn.

Chatham - Steps from Main Street.

The cottage has a great location in town, is well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoys walking to town for meals, shopping, coffe shops, band concerts, baseball games, playground and even my 3 year old is able to walk to two beaches and back. Chatham is a great location for exploring the rest of Cape Cod, we head out to Provincetown for dinner and whale watching, and to Dennis for antique shops.

Perfect getaway. . Close to EVERYTHING.. beaches, town, parks. So much nicer than your typical rental. Furnished with charm and quality. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Where to begin?
1) The house: it was so cute, tastefully decorated and completely comfortable - whether just hanging out or sleeping.
2) The location: perfect, perfect, perfect. We walked everywhere which was exactly what we wanted. We were tucked away from the busy main street, but still close enough to walk everywhere.
3) The owner: Sue was the icing on an already wonderful cake. We have rented houses on both the Cape and Martha's Vineyard and I can easily say that Sue was the best home owner. Her helpfulness and down-to-earth attitude made me feel like I was renting the house from a friend.

My wife and I had an amazing getaway in this wonderful home...and it did feel like a home. It was exceptionally clean, all upgrades throughout the home seemed brand new and perfectly done, tastefully decorated, and offered every amenity for a great stay. We loved our mornings on the cozy back deck, and evening walks to nearby restaurants. The owner was exceptionally helpful during the entire process.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing girls weekend in this house. It's a short walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants on main street and a short drive to Lighthouse beach. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck and washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We are already planning on a return trip!

This house is very convenient to town and restaurants and is on a quiet side street. There is an outside shower, which was great since we had 5 adults and only 1 full bath/shower inside.The house was clean and beds and furniture were all comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and found the kitchen adequately stocked with pots/pans and utensils for food preparation. We also discovered great
3-5 mile running routes from the house for those that are into working out!
