Superb fully south facing Provençal farmhouse. Situated in private and enclosed grounds with magnificent view of the sea and the village of Saint Paul de Vence from all rooms. The farmhouse is enhanced by a garden and beautiful pool area which leads directly off the 40m² master bedroom with 6ft king size bed. The total surface area of the farmhouse is 250m² and consists of a 60m² air conditioned reception room with chimney piece, air conditioned living room with television, dining room, kitchen with all modern equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine. 4 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, an enormous terrace with the benefit of an outside living area. Situated near a protected green area, the private grounds ensure a background of total peace and quiet for your holiday. Within sight: the sea and and the village of Saint Paul de Vence will awaken your interest in visiting the surrounding villages: Tourettes sur Loup, Mougins, Eze. Bus stop 600 metres.

  • INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 1) ADSL wifi 2) Satellite astra 3 television 4) Electricity 5) Garden and pool maintenance 6) Bed linen and towels provided, however any change of linen will be charged at 20 euros per bed and 15 euros per person for towels. 7) Arrival and departure days are flexible (subject to arrangement) but Saturday is preferred. 8) On request: Before your arrival a list of food requirements can be given to the housekeeper who will do the shopping for you. She should be paid when you arrive. You can contact her directly by internet with any requests. 9) The housekeeper and a babysitter can babysit your chiildren. 10) A special price can be negotiated for any stay longer than 2 weeks. 11) A cot with sheets is available.
  • PAYMENT: Payment should be made by bank transfer.
    TWO COPIES OF A RENTAL CONTRACT with all practical details will be sent to the customer. Once read and approved one will be kept by the customer and the other should be returned dated and signed to the owner. A WARRANTY DEPOSIT of 1500 euros will be required on arrival at the property. This will be returned after the condition and cleanliness of the property has been checked. The cost for final cleaning will be deducted from the warranty deposit. This should be negotiated with the house keeper: Price : 17 euros per hour for cleaning.
