Comfortable home while visiting UCSF

We stayed in this studio for 8 days while my baby grandson underwent heart surgery at UCSF. From beginning to end Alan was so gracious and accommodating. He understood right away what a difficult time we were having and dealt with the situation accordingly, making the process much easier. The first night we stayed we had the baby with us and could not feed him all night, he woke up at 4:30 in the morning and cried quite a bit until we left for the hospital, Alan never made us feel bad about that and when we asked him he said he never even heard the crying. (I'm sure he did, but was just being nice)
The place is decorated beautifully and very comfy, and was the perfect place for our needs. The kitchen was just right and the welcome goodies were such a nice touch. Although we were in and out and spent most of the time at the hospital, when we were there it was a really nice respite.
We were, of course, not there for pleasure, but I would definitely recommend this property for a leisure trip, or if needed for UCSF. Great location, beautiful place, and owners who care and keep in contact with you to make sure you have everything you need .I have used VRBO before and the owners of the property are just as important to me as the actual home. Thank you Alan for making an extremely hard situation a little bit easier.
