Our waterfront pool home is a 5 minute walk to pristine Sunset Beach... home to Florida's most amazing sunsets!! Let us pamper you with outrageously comfortable beds, luxury linens and a great location!

Enjoy a cocktail in the backyard, relaxing by the pool on super comfortable chaise lounges... or settle in on the loveseat on the dock while watching dolphins and manatees swim by. Perfect setting for outdoor dining and an evening swim.

Our house is a single story, 2300 sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Florida bungalow! Awesome water views from the Master bedroom with King bed, flat screen TV, plenty of closet space and attached bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is very spacious, also with a King bed, ample closet space, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed, as well as a Queen futon which serves as a sofa during the day... perfect for watching the flat screen TV. This room is adjacent to the laundry room and half bath.

The great room adjoins the kitchen, has open beam ceilings, a bar for entertaining and wide open waterfront views! The TV area is centered in the great room, has plenty of seating for everyone and is perfect for kicking back after a long day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking, serving and entertaining family and friends.. enjoy a meal outside or the indoor dining area overlooking the pool and Blind Pass channel.

Wow says it all

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrove and opened the front door the curb look doesn't begin to show what this place has behind the front doors. Everything your reading is true and even better in several areas. We did not see a manatee but everyday dolpins swin by sometimes just barely off the dock. We utilized all 3 bedrooms and the 2 1/2 bathrooms along with all the appliances which all were first class. The pool was kept clean even after the landscapers helper mowed a ton of grass into it (she was a rookie). We were there a full week and ate out only one night we grilled everyday and sat around and in the pool making only one trip to the beach. The weather was 90-92 everyday and a brisk ocean breeze may it more enjoyable. Will be back Thanks Peter.

Excellent beach escape. The house lives up to the online pictures. Classic Florida bungalow fully renovated with every convenience of home with one great addition--the view out the back. Just looking out the full panel of windows to the pool and waterway beyond, your blood pressure immediately drops a few points. You simply could not ask for more. Our compliments to the decorator. My sister and enjoyed our Christmas holidays here and hope to able to visit again soon. The location is great. So many great restaurants--especially liked the Italian one right down the block. Caddy's on the beach is great for breakfast after a brisk walk on the beach. The homeowners have simply thought of everything, and have a vacation rental that rivals any upper end hotel!!

This propery is absolutely beautiful. It's situated on the intercoastal where you can sit and watch the dolphins swim by. The location is uniquely placed between Treasure Island and St Pete Beach allowing easy access to either. The home is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, however, if you find you forgot your toothbrush there are two shopping areas in under a 20 minute walk. We did most of our travelling on foot while we stayed here. My 2 children loved the room that they shared which had a bed and futon as well as a large tv and video collection, it made a great hang out for them after spending a long day in the pool (which they practically lived in). There are several restaurants in a 10-20 minute walking radius. We enjoyed The Sloppy Pelican best! That said, the cooking amenities are awesome so we only ate out a few times. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home off the busy hotel strip but still within walking distance to the beach and shopping. We'll be back!

Great Waterfront Vacation for the Family!

Excellent stay in this intracoastal home! Beautifully furnished, tons of space, super clean, and friendly homeowners. Peter made this stay pleasant for all of us, assisting us with any questions we had. Property is in a great location, right on the intracoastal, and only a 5-10minute walk to Sunset Beach.The patio overlooking the intracoastal is a great place to take in the sun while sipping on a nice cool beverage. Home has all the amenities including a heated pool, bikes (although they are in need of a little tlc), fishing poles, beach chairs and games, snorkels, a gas grill, etc...The house is also equipped with all kitchen items such as pots/pans/utensils/plates, and the washer & dryer was a great bonus.

Peter leaves you plenty of information concerning local restaurants and activities, and answers calls or emails in a speedy manner. He was even nice enough to provide us with a gift certificate to the Salty Rim - a restaurant which is just a few steps from the house. Also left us a welcome basket filled with some snacks and beverages. Great touches.

Quite pleasant overall.

I will definitely stay here again!
