Villa Valentino Estate is located on the stately S. Bayshore Drive in the North Coconut Grove area. The property is a beautiful moorish villa with a main home and three seperate cottages all securely tucked behind an electric security gate. Walk to the end of the street to Biscayne Bay and sit on the seawall and watch the day go by. Ten minute walk into the Village of Coconut Grove. The Villa is lushly landscaped with jasmine, flowers,bougainvilla and other beautiful flowering vines and trees. The upstairs pool loft has a private staircase in a walled in courtyard off the pool. There are lots of windows that bathe the rooms with sunlight. There is a washer and dryer for tenants use. A truly unique experience . This dramatic Moorish Estate has been a mainstay in Coconut Grove for several years. Fully furnished with TVs,wi-fi,pots ,pans,linens,towels etc. The Pool Loft is one large room with a sitting area,bookshelves,dish tv,wi-fi & queen bed and

a bath.

We needed a quiet spot for our team to congregate and bond while attending a national conference. This place was the perfect spot!! Lots of room, lots of amenities. Great pool and outdoor space. I couldn't have asked for more. It is an older house, but I didn't need über luxury.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Unique exotic hideaway was just what I needed!

This beautiful loft was everything and more than I expected. The small kitchenette was perfect since I ate out most of the time but gave me enough cooking area when needed. The new bathroom was spectacular with beautiful opalescent tiles and glass dish sink.The pool was awsome! The other guests in the other Villas were warm and friendly. There was secured parking and a privacy gate at the estate entrance. The large new washer and dryer were great for keeping my beach towels ready for my many outings. The loft is centrally located so I was able to have short outings in all directions with plenty to soak up. The management and housekeeping was friendly and always available if needed. I definately give this property 5 stars and look forward to coming again next year!
