Hello there, my name is Michael Hardy I own and manage several properties within Los Suenos Resort & Marina. I also live in the resort and spend much of my time designing vacation packages for friends, customers, and relatives. Originally from San Antonio Texas I moved to Costa Rica in 1998 after graduating from UT Austin. I packed up my car and drove from Texas to Central America to take a job offer from the developer of Los Suenos Resort & Marina. We opened the 200 rooom Marriott Hotel in January 2000 and I stayed on for another eight years before opening my own real estate and vacation rental company. I live in Resort, work here in the resort and am always accessible - unlike other absentee owners or large management companies that you may find on VRBO. Beautiful property in a beautiful place

I stayed at this beautiful condo on my first trip to Costa Rica. When we arrived, the sun was setting over the Pacific and we immediately put our bags down to run outside to the patio and spent the next hour glued to the horizon. Every day brought another beautiful sunset and more time enjoying it outside on the patio. The condo is very well decorated, is very spacious and has everything that you could need or want. I think that it has the best views of any property on the resort. It was clear that the owners take good care of the property and the entire resort is very well maintained. It's very nice to have the small pool right behind the unit, and then the larger Beach Club a little further out. There were plenty of restaurants in very close proximity, delivery service, and a full kitchen just in case we wanted to cook. Los Suenos is situated in an ideal location for doing additional exploring of Costa Rica, or is also perfect for relaxing by the pool or on the patio. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Peace and Quiet place !

We found the condo in Del Mar to be perfect for our needs - a place to "chill" for a few days after spending a week experiencing so much of what Costa Rica has to offer! We felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves since it our visit was in the "low season". Anything we needed for our stay was available to us in the condo or through a phone call to HRG

We had a great vacation and it was all made possible by HRG! From the moment we arrived they gave us personal attention in every way! Our vacation started at the HRG offices which are conveniently located three minutes from the resort where we stayed. Del Mar condo where stayed was nicely decorated, very coonfortable and the views of the rain forest and golf course were stunning.
