Looking for a place to getaway with your kids, or meet for a family get-together? Perfect Family home with 3450 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. Home has 4 King Beds, 6 Full Beds (3 bunk beds), 73' TV, 3 other flat panel LCD TV's.

This is a New home in a New - Very desirable development. Incredible Heated private pool with grotto, waterfall, and slide. Heating fees may apply. Pool has Southern Exposure (on south side of home).

Why Choose This Home? Beware of other 'Investment' properties outfitted just to rent. This is our ''Home away from Home.'' Therefore, no expense has been spared in luxury comforts such as bedding, mattresses, etc. Our guests confirm that other properties are incomparable to the quality of this home! It features 3450 square feet of exquisite, year-round desert living. Is this the cheapest on the market, NO. Frankly, I am not trying to rent it as many nights as possible.

Location, Location, Location. This home has the PERFECT location in Gilbert, AZ. Less than 1 mile to 202 Freeway. 3 miles to Popular San Tan Village Shopping Center. Every Store, Every restaurant you can imagine within 5 miles. (Wal-Mart, Target, Gas, Tons of restaurants) 4 miles to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. 25 minutes to Sky Harbor Intl Airport.

Watch the football games on the 73' big screen in the Great Room. Kids have a 52' LCD flat Screen and Playstation 3 in their own 'teen' room. Master Bedroom also has a 52' Flat LCD TV. 2 master suites (1 with a 32' Flat TV) and 3 other bedrooms very comfortably accommodate at least 8 adults in 4 King Beds, and many kids in other areas. It is a 2 level home. The top level features the main Master suite, guest Master Suite, and 2 other bedrooms. Main level has 1 bedroom, Kitchen, Great Room, Kids Area, and much more!

Absolutely No SMOKING and NO PETS at this property!

About Jason

Our family has always had the goal of having our own AZ retreat. My wife and 3 kids cherish our time spent at our vacation home, and the memories we have made are invaluable. I hope anyone looking will enjoy it, and utilize it with great respect.

Gilbert is a great city with all the fun and amenities of the Phoenix Desert Area. We chose Gilbert because it is a new, highly desirable area with new shopping centers, easy access to the whole valley, and many other opportunities.

A GREAT HOME FOR A LARGE GROUP. WE HAD 10 ADULTS TAKING IN A WEEK OF SPRING TRAINING. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. PLENTY OF ROOM, NICE AMENITIES AND A GREAT HEATED POOL. ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO SCOTTSDALE TO SEE THE WORLD CHAMPION GIANTS!!

What can we say? It was our first trip to Arizonia and our first time renting a house. We had no idea what to exect. The house was beautiful and very clean. Couldn't of worked out better. We had 3 generations there and plenty of room for us. We had paid for the pool to be heated and it was too cool when we got there. I appreciated the owner, although far away,realized the heat wasn't working, called us, and corrected it. We spent the next 3 days in the pool. I felt the owners provided great customer service. The godsend was finding a pac and play in the closet. We had a grandson crawling who wouldn't leave the steps alone. We attended baseball games, a Suns game, and shopping at Arizona Mills was fun. Our only complaint was it rained the last two days we were there. Thanks for a great week!!

Our stay at this property was much more than expected. The house was perfect for our families Christmas vacation. The kitchen was stocked with all our cooking needs. There was plenty of room for all of us to do games, movies etc. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Communications with Jason/owner were answered in a timely manner. This property is very clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool due to the weather but look forward to using it on our next visit. We did golf twice, hiked and went shopping. We thank you for a memorable experience.

We are a large family with kids from teen to toddler and we loved this property! The pool was fabulous, and so much fun. The amenities in the home were just what we needed. The linens were high quality and the property was well maintained. Would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again.
