Our condo has been recently redecorated and newly furnished. It is nestled in the heart of Victoria just steps from the famous Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbor, Royal Theater, and the Royal BC Museum and great restaurants nearby.

This is a corner unit located on the tenth floor for fabulous views of the city, Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic mountains. It is on the quiet side of The Falls for a very restful night's sleep.

This location offers access to explore Victoria without a car if you like to leave it behind, a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal for passengers from Seattle and Port Angeles.

You can walk to everything or take the local transportation to Butchart Gardens or other destinations. Enjoy this great location offering excellent shopping, dining and entertainment.

Fully equipped with 2 HDTV (51' in living room and 42' in bedroom) cable TV, Internet WiFi, a fireplace in the living room, a cozy corner dining area, two modern and elegant bathrooms, (2 showers and one large soaker tub), gourmet chef's kitchen, lovely balcony with a great views, plus a master bedroom and a second bedroom both with queen beds and a den. The condo faces east for the bedrooms and south/west for the living area with large floor to ceiling windows for lots of sunshine, morning sunrises and evening sunsets.

The top-end European Schiffini Emporium collection kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel Bosch, AEG and Liebherr appliances, black pine wood cabinets with 'soft-touch' precision closures and dark walnut hardwood floors. Amenities include a gourmet Chef's Kitchen, dishwasher, in-suite washer and dyer, large fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, stemware and a large assortment of utensils.

The apartment is fully Air Conditioned and Heated, all Self Controlled, an Unlimited Supply of HOT Water.

There is secure underground parking. The building is very secure where residents only have access to their floor and common areas. Enjoy these fantastic amenities - lounge around the outdoor heated pool and deck fire pit, take a relaxing soak in the hot tub and keep fit in the gym.

    Full payment required prior to 30 days of booking.

    Cancellation Policy – If you cancel 30 days prior to occupancy there is a 20% fee.
    No refunds will be given for less than 30 days prior to the reservation. If the property is re-rented a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

    PETS are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. QUIET TIME is 11pm-7am.
    This is an Owner managed property. You'll be dealing directly with the Owner, not an agency, providing special care.

Great condo in a beautiful city

Just spent five days in this great condo. Extremely well furnished and equipped. Everything downtown is within easy walking distance. Walked around the harbor, drove to surrounding towns, enjoyed the coastal views, visited the Butchard Gardens - lovely. Ate at some very good restaurants. When not "out and about" was able to relax in the condo and enjoy views of the water and mountains. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

perfect location, perfect property

We spent the month of October in this wonderful condo. The condo is in a perfect location to experience Victoria. Its easy to walk everywhere - and Victoria is the kind of city that is great to explore on foot. Whether walking through the historic buildings of downtown or along one of the many ocean side trails - this condo is just the perfect spot to start from.
And the condo itself is so well appointed. It had absolutely everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The furnishings are wonderful - and so comfortable. The space is extremely well utilized - lots of room to cook (easy walk to the Yates Street Market to pick up groceries) and a great place to relax.
We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

This is an exceptional property! The amenities are impressive, but the location beats them all - we could not ask for a better place to be in Victoria! My only regret is that our stay there was too short - we didn't want to leave it at all! :-)

Modern, Cozy and Convenient

Stayed here for a month, it's an excellent base. Everything is very new and of high quality, and extremely clean. It's fully equipped, for both short and long stays.

This condo is smaller than some of the other 2 bedroom condos in The Falls so it can feel a bit cramped. But it's also quieter than most of the other condos in The Falls because the bedrooms face up Burdett (towards the Chateau Victoria hotel) and being high up on the tenth floor also helps cut street noise.

The beds and bedding are outstanding, extremely comfortable. Kitchen area is ultra modern and full of good equipment but a bit lacking in counterspace. Internet is very fast. Secure underground allocated car parking space is nicely tucked away but near the elevator. Small south-facing balcony isn't for those who get vertigo but is nice to have.

7-11 convenience store is right downstairs, downtown shopping and dining starts immediately north of the building, the Inner Harbour is one short block to the west, Beacon Hill Park is a five minute walk to the south. Nice views of the lit Legislative Building from the living room at night.

Friendly and efficient owners are very organized and up-to-date, able to handle everything by email and electronic money transfers. I'd stay again.
