It is 50 m from the metro station of the Flemish and 100 meters from Flamengo and Botafogo Beach. Apartment 3-qtos, all with fitted wardrobes and desk. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom maid, besides the bathroom and toilet complete. The apartment is well equipped with appliances (television in three rooms, and also in the room), and electrical and electronics. It has ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and living room, as well as air conditioning in the three bedrooms. Building modern and well maintained gardens, playground and a ballroom. Ideal for up to 6 people.
