This villa is truly unique for a Florida rental. It has been carefully redecorated in line with the Scandinavian design concept - clear, qualitative, highly functional, and rooms to socialize. The large kitchen is very much the heart of this house, designed to host gourmet cooking classes during parts of the year. There are large surfaces for the whole group to enjoy cooking together, and you will find all the appliances and tools you need to create your own fine dining.

There is also plenty of room for your party to socialize and relax - the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an entertainment unit, the set of sofa and chairs on the patio by the private pool, or the couzy lounge upstairs.

All the bedrooms are decorated in its own style, yet the same clean and exclusive design as the rest of the villa. The beds, linnen, pillows and blankets, are all of high quality, to provide you with a good night's sleep. There are one King bed, 2 Queens, and 2 times 2 extra long Twins.

On the ground floor there is a master bedroom, with a king sized bed (possible to separate into 2 extra long twins, which can be arranged upon your arrival), with private bathroom and 2 walk in closets. On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and another 2 with two extra long twins. There are extra TVs in the Master suite and the Queen suite, plus in the lounge upstairs.

This villa is designed by people who love golf, food and wine, for people with the same passions. Southern Dunes Golf & CC is, according to us, one of the best courses you can play in Florida. The layout is challenging, the quality exceptional, and the many strategically placed tee spots provide a unique golf adventure for players at all levels. After a round of golf we enjoy a glass of chilled white by the pool side, before socializing in the kitchen, preparing tonight's treat. For us, this describes 'la belle vie'...

If you prefer a break from golfing, or want to try out another course, nothing is really far away from the villa. Within 30 minutes by car, you will find almost unlimited access to high class golf courses, all the theme parks you can possibly wish for, great quality malls for endless shopping, and houndreds of other activities to stimulate body and mind. No matter how you spend your day, we can promise you true relaxation coming back 'home'.

A amazing house in an ideal location

Spent a week in the great house on Mallory Circle in mid-May.
The house is in absolute top condition. The location is within 30 minutes from all theme parks and shopping outlets.
If you play golf you also has one of Florida's top courses around the corner, literally.
There are beds for 10 people in the house and the joined surfaces is more than enough for everyone in the party.
The area around the house is very quiet and clean, perfect for an early morning jog and a dip in the own swimming pool.
There are a couple of minutes walk to the nearest grocery stores (Wall-Mart or Win-Dixe).

I would highly recommend anyone looking to spend their vacation in Orlando to do it in the house, you will have a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

House Was Great

The house was great and looked like an Ikea showplace. We spent our days in Winter Haven with family and friends. We didn't even get to use the pool, although we did get to sit outside with a glass of wine to relax after long days.

We spend a lot of time in Florida and will contact you on our next trip.

Everything Was So Nice

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa. Everything was so nice. We had my family in on Saturday to watch the Ohio State game. Hope we can return next year if our schedule permits. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations
