Lake Winnisquam rental with 6 Bedrooms 1.5 Bathrooms, sleeps 12

Large cabin is located on point with over a half an acre of land. Plenty of room for parking, horseshoes, or even volleyball. 60 ft dock is less than 30 feet away from front door. Property has a nice view of lake with over 200 ft of waterfront. Rental is located near restaurant, Pirates Cove Adventure Golf, seafood and small stores. Backside of the property overlooks a small marina with restaurant Property is 10 minutes from Rt 93 and close to outlet shopping mall. Large relaxing living room with large windows overlooking the water. Good size kitchen and dining room with table that seats 10. Nice breeze off of the lake and pleasant sleeping conditions. All windows have new screens. There is a TV area on the second floor for video games or movies. All beds have either new or next to new mattresses, with new mattress covers.

Large 6 Bedroom cabin located on half acre point with over 400 ft of water frontage on lake Winnisquam. Less than a 8 minute walk to family style restaurant, pirates cove adventure golf, or fresh seafood. Good fishing off of the dock. Within 10 minutes to Interstate 93 and Outlet mall shopping. Only 15 minutes by canoe or kayak to sandbar. Dock and lake frontage are all in a no wake zone.
