This home is a NEW and LUXURIOUS 4 bedroom 3 bathroom family home with (heated) south east facing pool, which has been furnished to an extremely high and comfortable standard. Comprising of entrance/foyer leading to a formal living and dining area. Leading onto a large breakfast area and kitchen which offers a host of modern appliances, crockery and cutlery to suit your every need. The welcoming family room is equipped with cable TV, video and DVD. The large master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet and luxurious en-suite bathroom with deep corner bath tub, large shower cubical and twin vanity basins with separate toilet. There are 3 further spacious bedrooms. A double room with queen bed with own private bathroom. The 2 further remaining bedrooms are twin bedded and share a family bathroom. Outside there is a large covered lanai offering lakeside views where you can relax on a sun lounger whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine alternatively cool off in the (heated) pool.

  • Rental Deposit - 25% at time of booking with balance due 10 weeks before occupancy. Security Deposit - $350 - fully refundable within one month (31 days) of departure and on inspection / confirmation being received from the Management Company.
