Quinta de Santa Teresa is located in Penedo, a charming and secluded village in the hills above Colares. The house sits in the lower boundaries of the village with commanding views towards Sintra, Mafra and the Coast. It has expansive garden with approx 4000 sqm and it is fully equipped.

the house is 10 min away by car to the main beaches in the area (Praia da Adraga, Praia Grande & Praia das Macas) and also 10 min away from Sintra and its main attractions.

the house is perfectely located for hiking in the Sintra Hills. Several beautiful paths immersed in the lush forest of Sintra start right next to the house and lead guests to main points of interest (Convento dos capuchos; Peninha; Lagoa Azul).
