House, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5+ Baths (Sleeps 14-20)

Beautiful large lakefront home on Greers Ferry Lake. Located on the tip of a small peninsula, you are virtually surrounded by the lake. Fantastic views. Quiet. Secluded. Huge decks and balconies. Excellent lake access. Close to the water. Boat dock can be used for loading/unloading and temporary tie-up. No slip provided, but you can anchor your boat offshore. Rocky shoreline with small bluffs nearby, great for swimming. All bedrooms have balconies. 3 over-sized Jacuzzi bathtubs. 3rd floor loft suite with balcony. One 2 bedroom suite. Great for family get-togethers. 3 miles from Tannenbaum Golf course. 10 miles from town of Greers Ferry. One ground level suite.

No elevator. Windows abound, with beautiful views in all directions. There is a large gas fireplace in the center of the great room for cozy winter visits. The views are outstanding when the leaves are off the trees. In the summers the trees provide some privacy from the Lake.

Complete kitchen, linens, and basic wireless internet provided. Game room with pool/ping pong table.

There are 4 suites that have private bathrooms. One is the Loft suite which has a 3/4 bath, King bed, and inflatable Queen size bed/mattress. The West suite, and the Southern suite are 2nd floor and have Queen beds and 2 person Jacuzzi bathtubs and 2 person showers. The Southern suite has an additional Office/sleeproom with inflatable Queen bed/mattress. There is one ground floor suite with large Jacuzzi tub and a shower. It has a King bed. There is a bedroom with 1/2 bath next to the gameroom. It has bunk beds, a Queen bed and an inflatable Queen bed/mattress. They have share someone's bath or shower. There are couches in the gameroom, West suite, Loft suite, and the Living Room.

My business rented this house for a weekend for our staff. The owner and manager were very nice to work with. The pictures on VRBO don't do the property justice. Every room is large and decorated very nicely.Kitchen is huge and there are 2 refrigerators and everything you need minus food and drink. There is something for everyone -plenty of places to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, game room with ping pong / pool table, flat, grassy front yard; nice deck in the trees, rocking chairs, easy path to dock and a lovely view of the lake from the bluff. It is very isolated from town, so make sure you have all supplies before you get there. Definitely would recommend for large groups and would rent again.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great location, very nice home, and plenty of space for large groups, We will go back and recommend to others. Owners very nice to deal with.
