A stunning view!

Just lie in bed and watch the sun rise to greet you. It’s you and the ocean, the sun and the sand! There is coastline as far as you can see. Walk out to the private beach, and catch the rays.

You can have your coffee, or breakfast on the balcony. Watch the waves, smell the ocean and relax.

Swim in the adult outdoor pool or the heated indoor roof top pool. There is an outdoor kiddies’ pool for the diaper crowd.

This handsomely appointed condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a king size bed in the pristine master bedroom, and two queen size beds in the picturesque second bedroom. Pillows, blankets and comforters are furnished.

If you can pull yourself away from the activities, a washer and dryer is provided.

Cable television and DVD players are available along with Internet access.

There is security on duty 24/7.

You have a reserved, protected parking for one car.

We found the condo to be in good shape with an Excellent view of the ocean. Everything was in reasonably good shape and when we called about a faulty electrical switch, we had it repaired in a couple of hours by a very nice young man. Our Agent was very helpful and we will seriously consider staying here again next fall.

Our week in the Golden Sands condo # 1913 was a great one! The unit was clean and the view from the balcony and master bed room was beautiful. Each night before going to bed I opened up the blinds so we could wake up to a beautiful ocean view sunrise. The view from the front of the building provided a beautiful sun set.over the bay The owner Jackie was very nice to deal with. Very friendly and organized. The pool area was clean and the tiki bar was a plus to have on site. Food Lion and the local Ocean City bus stop were only a short walk away. Annette & Tim

We had a wondferful experience here. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. The appointments are of quality - not your typical rental. It was CLEAN. The pictures are spot-on and the view from both the master bedroom and the living room are perfect. One very nice surprise was the side location of the condo. It affords guests MUCH more privacy than being in the center without compromising the view AT ALL.

Everything about this transaction without using a rental service was really smooth. The owners were very responsive by e-mail and called us once we arrived to check on us.

The building itself is very comprehensive in its service. They have the Bar and Grill, Gift Shop, Deli, nightly entertainment on the deck - you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to, and we didn't go far.

We will be back - definitely. It is clear that these are owners who care.

What a fabulos condo! This is our 5th year going to OC, our 2nd year T the Golden Sands. Our first 3 years were spent at the Capri. We ended up visiting the Sands nearly every night. We thought, gee, we need to get a room here. The condo that we rented last year was not a 10th as nice! This place was homey and clean clean clean! We had a perfect week! Everything was included, all the utensils Were there, all of the kitchen appliences worked! Again, i cant stress enough about how nice the Place is. It is Absolutely Beautiful! We can't wait to book the same place again!

We just returned from our vacation at this condo. It was just as pictured & described. We stayed there from 5-14 to 5-21. The view from the 19th floor balcony was spectacular. We happened to be there for the car cruise which was fun for us as our own family has a 67 buick which wins prizes in Pgh. The property manager answered all our questions and she was very helpful. One hint....if you are using your GPS the address should be Coastal Highway not Ocean Highway. We certainly would book there again if we ever return to OC. FYI we took menu's from some restaurants & left them at condo so the other renters could get an idean of prices. Thank you Jackie.
