This rustic finca with all modern facilities is situated in a secluded spot on the outskirts of Gata de Gorgos and sits in its own grounds and is not overlooked. Ideal for self-catering, summer holiday rental The accommodation offers 4 bedrooms. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, there is also a single bedroom with bunk beds and there is a large family bathroom. All upstairs is fully air-conditioned. The large character masterdouble bedroom with ensuite is on the ground floor and boasts a private balcony with seating overlooking the beautiful Montgo mountain The ground floor offers a large kitchen/diner and a good size lounge with TV, DVD, also further wc and cloakroom and utility. Outside space offers shaded naya area with family swimming pool and an excellent outside kitchen and BBQ area. There is ample parking for several cars. There is also riding stables/restaurant within walking distance.

Denia and the coastline is only a 10min drive and is an old fishing town. The main tree lined street ‘Marques de Campo’ you can enjoy a very cosmopolitan feel, lined with shops, boutiques, restaurants, tapas bars etc. and beautiful sandy beaches next to the harbour where ferries, to the Balearic Islands, leave. Many beach bars and water sports can be found at various places along the beaches. At the new marina you can admire the many beautiful yachts and enjoy the sunset and castle view from the many restaurants and terraces. Javea is only a 10 min drive where you can find a small fishing port and beautiful old town, also here is the popular Arenal beach with an attractive promenade lined with bars, restaurant and boutiques. In the opposite direction towards Valencia you have 70 miles of golden beaches where you are sure to find a quiet spot or a romantic beach front restaurant. Inland from the coast is the lovely Orba Valley a back drop of stunning mountains and orange groves.

Nous avons partagé la maison à deux familles avec trois enfants chacune: sa situation et le grand jardin avec la cuisine d'été ainsi que la piscine très bien entretenue en ont fait l'endroit parfait pour notre séjour.L'accueil a été très chaleureux .C'est une très jolie adresse, parfaite pour se refaire une santé au soleil!

At the beginning, being the anxious type, I was afraid (paying everything in advance) that this could be "daylight robbery". Kerry was very nice and told me not to worry. And she was so right: this property is just perfect, a nice garden- fig, almond and banana trees-, nice outdoor kitchen , very pleasant pool (the 6 children have spent most of the day in it), nice rooms, beautiful in suite bathroom. It was well maintained, with air conditioned upstairs bedrooms. The owners had left us surfs and masks for the pool (always crystal clear) and toys for the beach...Everything we needed was there.The finca is isolated, but not too far from the commodities or beach. In the area, we loved Altea, Valence, Denia, Javea. This is definitively the best house we ever rented and a place we would love to return to. A big thanks to the owners and Kerry for their lovely welcome.

Hi Kerry,

The photographs didn't do the finca justice.The accomodation, views,seclusion and spacious grounds were perfect.

The proximity of the finca to Xabia, Denia, Calpe etc oh and Benidorm, if only for 'Aqualandia', all added to our perfect holiday.

I would suggest however, a hoover would be a plus.

We'll be back!

Hi Kerry

The accommodation was excellent with the villa enjoying a private and secluded location, with stunning views of Mount Montgo, yet only minutes drive away from the centre of Gata and within 15 minutes or so of Javea, Denia and Moirara and their superb beaches and restaurants.

The lovely gardens and the feeling of spaciousness, the benefit of the outdoor kitchen and the good sized swimming pool only helped to enhance our holiday.

The internal accommodation was of a generous size, well equipped, and the air conditioning to the 3 upstairs bedrooms was a real bonus. It was also comforting to know that you were nearby should we have any problems or to pass local information on to us.

We were more than satisified with the accommodation but feel that the addition of litter bins in both bathrooms and all bedrooms , and perhaps cleaning materials being available ( for example Mr Muscle for the hob or sinks/glass cleaner) would have been of benefit although I do appreciate that perhaps some guests would not want to be cleaning!
