Drive 32 miles Northwest to Durango Colorado with a multitude of fun-filled vacation things to do like take the DSNG train, zip-lining, river rafting, gliding, play golf etc… Or 37 miles to the East of us is Pagosa Springs with even more fun things to do like soaking in the hot springs, go hot air ballooning and more while on vacation. Right down the road from us is one of Colorado’s best vineyards with a tasting room. If you are a skier, we are right in-between Durango Mountain Resort and Wolf Creek ski resorts if you want to ski them both.
If you are a hiker, we are 30 minutes from Chimney Rock State Park and 1 ½ hours from Mesa Verde National Park if you want to visit historical Indian ruins.
On the ranch, we can take you for a ride to take pictures of our cattle and horses. If you like dogs, we have a pet boarding kennel right here on the ranch. You can hike around the ranch, ride your bike and if you are traveling with horses, we offer a corral to keep them in while staying with us. Pet boarding is free with your stay (up to two pets) if you go on any day trips while visiting. After a long day of sightseeing, you can soak in the ranch hot-tub, and gaze at the millions of stars in the night sky. You can have a cook-out on a gas grill and listen to old cowboy stories around the fire pit. The sunsets are breathtaking on this old ranch with gorgeous mountain views and surrounded by 100 year old Cottonwood trees.
