Because we live in Napa, I had the unique opportunity to preview this property before renting it. Rick was AMAZING to communicate with and graciously gave us an extensive guided tour of the property on the very day that I contacted him. The house and the grounds are very lovely and spacious. I have seen many of the larger vacation rental homes (3+ bdrms) in Napa and I can assure you that this is an extremely special property. The setting is very private and the house has a terrific layout so that a larger group of people can easily stay here without feeling crowded. You feel as if you are far out in the countryside yet downtown Napa is just 4-5 miles away. It tops all other large places I viewed in town (especially becasue of the price!) and Rick is terrific to deal with. As a mother of small children, I was impressed with how safe and tremendously fun this property was for them. Rick thought of every detail to accommodate whatever our special needs might be. I can't recommend this property strongly enough--though the photos are nice, they don't convey what a special property this truly is. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home and all that it offers.
