Secured development in the Jardin d'Orient Bay- 900 metres away from the sea.

Character villa furnished with taste and well looked after composed of a large living room with an open plan kitchen opening on the covered terrace. The terrace is followed by a wonderful pool with terraces and sun loungers. Additionally: a gazebo facing the pool allows you to relax.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 9 people.

The kitchen is well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge... It opens on a second terrace with barbecue.

The development is secured by an automatic gate as well as the villa. Additionally: the house is equipped with an alarm system. There are also 2 parking spaces.

The area is ideal: quiet and secured but at a 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions (Jet Ski, parasail, boyed...).

A supermarket is located less than 5 minutes away by car from the villa.
