This exclusive villa is located in Anse Marcel, a privileged place of Saint-Martin. It has 7 bedrooms, all of them with a stunning view on the Caribbean Sea, Anse Marcel and Anguilla Island. It is possible to rent 5 bedrooms.

The villa has all the equipment and is tastefully furnished. There is a TV with Canal Satellite and cable in all of the bedrooms (American and Italian channels in addition to the others). Every room has access to a terrace or a balcony with sea view. The outdoors is also very fancy with several levels of terraces: garden furniture, sun loungers and a beautiful curving pool where you can enjoy a 180° panorama on the Caribbean Sea. Perfect size to have a swim. Moreover, there is a Jacuzzi next to the swimming pool.

Ideal location for restaurants and bars nearby, but also for the Spa and fitness room a few metres away. Lush, quiet and soothing surroundings.

It has high quality amenities and it is very spacious.
