Aloha and welcome to our piece of Hawaiian paradise! It is located in the beachfront complex Islander On The Beach located in Kapa'a, Kauai, HI. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and complete or partial ocean views and are only a few strides away from a private beach.

We also have a handful of other oceanfront and ocean view units available if the featured property, #345, is not available.

Each unit was renovated in 2005 by being stripped to the concrete block walls and completely redone with travertine flooring throughout, granite countertops and all new appliances. The mattresses are the most comfortable we've ever slept on and have had many renters tell us how comfy they were! Other amenities differ in each unit so please click on the links to the left to see what each unit has to offer.

Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. There are also Weber BBQ grills by the pool free to use and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.

Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 50 specialty shops and restaurants.

Great home-base for exploring the island.

Very clean, centrally located, comfortable condo that served as a great home base while we explored the entire island during our stay. We loved hopping on the walking trail next to the beach right outside the unit. Terrific sunrise view with the sights, sounds and fresh scents of the ocean right outside the door! The owners did a great job communicating with us throughout the rental process and during our stay via email and handy instruction cards in the unit.
The handy, well-equipped cooking space in this studio was a feature we appreciated when we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and move on with vacation activities.
The unit is clean, has a nice shower/ bathroom, very comfortable bed, good location and sits on well manicured grounds managed by very friendly, helpful folks. We would certainly stay there again.

Can't beat the View!

Stayed in #345 last 3 days of vacation. Small complex easy to navigate, wonderful to wake up to sunrise (they have room darkening drapes if you want to sleep in). No rooster noise, able to sleep all night with sliding door open and sounds of crashing waves. Ocean was calm and able to swim out front during our stay. Extra window and corner lanai nice with end unit, though if pool activity may bother you, would maybe choose another unit instead, but third floor for sure. Added surprise bonus is Kilauea fish market located in same parking lot as complex! Our favorite place to eat on the north side, and we didn't even realize they had second location here in Kapaa. That is reason enough to stay here, let alone the view! Even though we tend to be out and about most days, spent one entire day here at beach just because it was so easy (even watched some of the Super Bowl @ poolside bar). Yes, parking would be crowded at night, but "overflow" parking is really just one row away in Marketplace and still only maybe a 2 minute walk to our condo @ most. Kitchenette just fine for coffee, light breakfast, snacks etc, as we don't tend to cook entire meals on this type of trip. No elevator (not an issue for us). Wifi in room worked great. Has AC but not needed during our trip. Unit very much as described and photographed.

This condo was perfect for us. Ideal location and fantastic view. It was clean and well-maintained and the listing description was very accurate.We were able to enjoy coffee and breakfast on the lanai while listening to the sounds of the surf and watching incredible sunrises The beach and pool were only steps away and a marketplace with it's shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We were able to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will recommend this condo to any friends and relatives who are considering a trip to the beautiful island of Kauai.

~Perfection~

If you're planning a trip to Kauai, you'll want to stay in Kapaa. It's the most conveniently located town to explore the north and south shores from.

Brads condos at the Islander on the Beach are comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced and have the most fabulous views. We could see whales off in the distance and having the ocean sounds lul you to sleep is priceless. All the comforts of home plus some. Clean comfortable beds, mini kitchen, balcony, furniture and TV. Free speedy wifi and even had some beach toys & sunscreen to use. We were on the 3rd floor which was not fun at first but gave us some good exercise and soon we were running up the steps. The complex has a pool, tiki bar (say Aloha to Jason), barbeques and even a laundry. It's within easy walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. $5.Martini's with entertainment at Tree's between 5:00-7. Free parking is a bonus.

We loved Olympic Cafe and the Kauai Fair, like a mini swap meet, in Kapaa but spent most of our time at the condo grounds, beach and Coconut Marketplace for meals and shopping. There's a Post Office and Foodland down the street to pick up food and mail treasures to the grand kids. If you need a Walmart or Costco they have them in Lihue which isn't far either. Art fair in Hanapepe Friday nights between 6-9, amazing artists.

We will definitely be back next year.
