Walk to the prestigious Galleria Mall or bike to the beach. Property is approximately 1/2 mile from Fort Lauderdale's amazing white sandy beach. You have a choice of 6 of the most amazing rooms in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Las Olas, known for its restaurants and shopping, is also approximately 1.5 miles away as well. You will not find a better centralized location!!!!!!! All rooms are fully furnished to the 9's and have full kitchens. All rooms are bright and new with the vacationer's comfort and convenience in mind. Property is quaint, quiet and simply amazing!!!

Property consists of 5 attached villas. All villas and property are specifically set up for family, fun, peaceful, happy vacation. Villa advertised is a 1 bedroom convertible to 2 bedrooms. Villa has 1 enclosed bedroom with new queen size bed and all new furniture, mattress, bedding, linens, sheets, pillows. It has large new shower. it also has separate bath tub. Living room has 40 inch plasma TV and queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa/sleeper. Villa comfortably sleeps 4.

Walking distance to the famous Blue Martini Dance Club/Martini Bar, Seasons 52, PF Chang's as well as Capital Grill's up scale Steak House. You may also want to take in a movie at the Gateway Movie Theatre also within proximity.

Relaxed and Comfportable

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great time for us in your great apartment. Further, you were always there If we had questions or needed something )like the heater J). I would highly recommend your apartment to anybody that is looking for a relaxed and very comfortable environment with a lot of privacy, too. We really were very happy!

Excellent Stay!!

My husband and I stayed in Villa #2 for 3 nights in January 2011 prior to our cruise and were very pleased to say the least! Rosemarie does a fabulous job managing this property - our fully renovated 1 bedroom suite was wonderfully spacious, squeaky clean and included every possible convenience! We hope to return next year and stay longer. Thanks for everything Rosemarie!!

Back Again Next Year

Once again I enjoyed my stay at Bayview Villas. The condo apartment unit was clean, spacious and has everything I could possibly need as far as amenities is supplied. I come to visit and stay for my work and do not get to enjoy the wonderful pool during the day, but it made for a few nice late evening swims prior to retiring. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for my early morning walks to the beach.
It is always nice to be close to good shops, restaurants and services when traveling for work or for business and your property has it all.
I will look forward to renting again next year.

We had such a wonderful time at your Villa in Ft. Lauderdale! The accommodations were so comfortable, clean and inviting...we really couldn't have asked for anything more! From the first contact with you, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The location of the villas were ideal, it's within walking distance to the Galleria mall and in close proximity to downtown and the beach. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay here on future trips to Ft, Lauderdale.
