Stylish and beautifully furnished 1 bedroom in the wonderful East Village surrounded by all the amazing culture, restaurants, bars, and lounges Greenwich Village has to offer.

5 minute walk to Union Square, 10 minute walk to Soho, 10 minutes in cab to Times Square, and 15 minutes to Central Park,

This unit features all the essential amenities: Cable TV, high speed WiFi, linens, towels, heat/AC, etc.

Check-in is at 2PM although there is often flexibility with arrival times. The keys to the property can either be picked up at my work in midtown Manhattan during business hours or my concierge service on Wall Street for after-hours check ins.

Accurate and easy to work with

We booked three CitiStyle NYC units with Andy for our company in March. He was easy to work and all the units inlcuding this one were clean and accurate representations of the photos. Our clients were happy..There was one issue with the AC in one unit but Andy had it fixed by the evening..we plan on booking again with him in the near future.

We loved this apartment..looked exactly like the photos. Clean, well lit, and we were fans of the overall design aesthetic. We have stayed in Greenwich Village a number of time and completelt adore the area.. Our travel buddy stayed in another CitiStyle NYC apartment in Soho during our stay so we spent time in both places; both great. Andy was fantastic to work with; we liked the overall professionalism of the CitiStyle operation..Made us feel more comfortable then with other owners we have rented from in the past.

My boyfriend and I found this apartment last minute when another owner cancelled on us and we loved it! Fantastic apartment that we enjoyed it a great deal. Looks even better then the pics; really nicely furnished. The apartment is really stylish as advertised as well as spacious, quiet, very clean, with beautiful floors. Cheaper then other Greenwich Village that we liked..Most importantly we loved the location in an awesome East Village location..We had stayed in the West Village before and had a great time but we like the East Village even more; just chocked full of great pubs and restaurants. Andy was very professional and made booking/check in/payment super easy and stress free. Would love to come back..
