Awesome Beach House located in Beautiful Surfside Beach (50 miles south of Houston). The House is recent contruction and is very nicely furnished...you can see the waves while lying in your bed in the master bedroom! The location is premium (middle beach) and access to the sand is extremely convenient...go down the stairs, over the walkover in front of the house and onto the sand....Newly extended deck that s very spacious and filled with great views.. Sunny Days is connected to the 'Bahama Mama' beachhouse next door via a deck bridge... a convenient feature for larger families/groups that prefer to be close..the gates on either side of the bridge lock when rented to seperate groups so privacy is asssured. Contact us if you have more than 10 people but less than 20 to see if both houses are available at the same time.

A new external shower with hot/cold water and privacy has been added downstairs for convenience...

Great Weekend

We rented the house on short notice, and the owner was very quick with getting us set up for the weekend. The house was just as described. When we arrived, the house already had charcoal in the grill, lighter fluid, matches, and paper towels/toilet paper, which we were not expecting. The owner was very fast returning the deposit, and worked to remove a stain from the couch to save us the full deposit amount. I would definitely recommend!

Mini Vacation at Sunny Days

We had planned a mini vacation and ran across this beach house and saw how nice it looked on the web. Then we read the reviews and everyone had only good things to say, so we decided to rent it out. When we arrived the place was just as nice if not nicer than pictured. They had all the amenities you could need. The washer and dryer was nice to have. We were able to wash our stuff and didn't have to worry about washing clothes when we got home. The property was very clean for a beach house. Location was excellent. The walk to the beach was not very far at all. We were able to walk back to the beach house if we needed anything or forgotten anything. The price was just right. We definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend this beach house to family and friends. The owner was great. He comminicated with us when needed and gave us very good and helpful information. We had a great time. Thanks again to TK and Lina for making our stay very comfortable.

We've stayed at Bahama Mama and now Sunny days and prefer this one much better. Great place, nice and clean, and close to the beach.

The owner was more than helpful working around mine and my family's busy schedule to get a week off that we could all be together. The house is clean and set up well for an extended stay. This house is just close enough to Galveston to visit for outings and dining, yet far enough away to allow for less crowded conditions on the beach. I found the owner to be fair and honest with everything, including helping mail back my college son's wallet that he left. Stay on the beach and use the coastal highway to Galveston. Very pretty drive.

Great house with huge deck

The house was very clean (linens, towels, etc). We slept 11 ppl very comfortably. There is alot of seating for eating and the house is very spacious. We enjoyed the huge deck and had a nice view of the beach. There is a table and plenty of seating out on the deck to have dinner or a glass of wine outside.
