Lovely villa with amazing views over Benidorm and the sea. Situated in the prestigious Sierra Cortina complex this villa has a private swimming pool and secluded terraces/gardens. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 4 single beds, 3 baths/showers/toilet. Air con/heating in 2 bedrooms.Satellite TV and wireless broadband available. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, etc. Large lounge with 2 very comfortable, four seater sofas and a dining area seating for 6. There is also a dining area outside together with bbq area. Only a few minutes from 3 blue flag beaches, the La Marina shopping centre, the Carrefour hypermarket, numerous shops & restaurants and the wide range of evening entertainment offered by Benidorm. Also within a short drive are the exciting theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aaqualandia and Mundomar and for the golfers the new golf courses - Real de Faula are a stones throw away.

The Costa Blanca has many historic places of interest to visit, one of which is the fortress town of Guadalest, one of the final stronghold of the invading Moors. Also there are the Fonts d'Algar a beautiful natural waterfall. Surrounded by mountains the area boasts an all year round micro climate which allows sun worshippers to take to the many sandy beaches in the middle of 'winter'. Sierra Cortina Resort properties are situated at the foot of the mountain range overlooking Benidorm, just a 10 minute car drive to the beaches of Levante and Poniente, less to the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. We have 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses. There are state of the art health spa's, tennis/paddle courts, two 5 star hotels which have magnificent restaurants and bars. Also for children of all ages are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, where there are some of the best rides in the world, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundomar.

  • PAYPAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.(add 3% on cost).
    There is an additional fee of 75 euros for THE changeover/linen.
    A refundable deposit of £200 is required to cover loss/breakages/damage.
    A £200 deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before travel.
    In the low season rental rates cover up to 6 persons. There is a supplement of £50 for each extra person.
    Bookings in July and August are Saturday changeovers, we are flexible other times of year

We stayed the 1st week in Novemeber for my husbands birthday present. Perfect location ,quiet with stunning views.Only 20 mins drive to the quaint village of Altea or 10mins to busy Benidorm.
Watch the sun rise and set from the terrace or the master bedroom balcony.
Being avid fell walkers we climbed the hill behind and walked the full length of the ridge, awsome scenery from the top.
The villa is very private,everything you need is there.Owners and cleaners were very helpful, they even returned my daughter in laws phone that she had left.

What a view

Just returned from a great week at the villa with our two grandchildren. There was plenty of space for the children to play. Although it was February we had breakfast outside and enjoyed the early morning sun. The views were magnificent, looking right across from Alicante to Benidorm. The beach at La Cala and meals at Molly Malones were a great treat! The children loved La Cala especially on market days--Tuesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday.We went to Guadalest which everyone should try to visit, a town steeped in history with lots of quaint gift shops and places to eat.
All in all, a wonderful holiday, made very special by the fantastic villa in which we stayed.

ive just got back from this wonderful villa .i took my wife my son 14 and my dad 77 the view from this place and the massive space are fantastic everywhere was clean the pool was loverly but cold.to be honest it could do with a bit of paint here and there and a few blinds fixing but it didnt stop us enjoying it. taxis cost around 16 euros into benidorm . there are buses but only between 12.25 and 5.20 so if you havnt got a car be prepared to splash out on travel .great service being picked up from airport we had a problem with the boiler and it was sorted within 10 minutes
not bad for spain!!.
visited terra natura - excellent
didnt want to leave. one of the best holidays ive had

If you want a villa close to Benidorm then this is it !
easy to find , secure , great pool , sat tv , fully fitted kitchen , clean ,safe for kids, plenty of sun beds ,no noise from neighbours, great views over Benidorm itself.
myself and family have rented villas all over spain and this has to be the best.
i even found the photos of the villa dont do it justice.
owner was helpful ,
Benidorm itself was a surprise , great for restaurants , plenty to do.
i had a car while i was there , and found plenty of small towns to explore.
i will be back.

Very nice villa in an ideal location

The villa is ideally located just out of Benidorm, and benefits from great views. The property is clean, modern, well-maintained and very spacious. The owner provided an excellent customer service and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends.
