This second floor apartment is situated in a gated community in one of the town’s nicest residential area called Pueblo Espanol, only minutes walk to the harbour, beach, town and shops,on a bus route and close to trains.The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. The bathroom has a shower/half bath, heater, and bidet. The kitchen with usual appliances and bar/hatch overlooking the lounge. There is a light and airy lounge /diner room with a window and door leading to the terrace area with seating and a matching dinning table and chairs to eat out. The terrace has views to the mountains and the front overlooks a courtyard with restaurants and bars a great place to just relax.

El Campello is located between Alicante and Benidorm, 19 km from Benidorm & Alicante and 33 km from the airport (mostly motorway) makes this an ideal choice for all the family being close to all facilities and usual holiday attractions. A couple of attractions in this area are the resort of Benidorm and Terra Mitica, both being about 25 minutes drive north along the coastal motorway. Terra Mitica is a theme park, However there is a wide variety of other places to visit from the marina in Alicante full of yachts most of us can only dream about, to the small village of Guadalest perched high on the tip of a mountain, Also in the mountains the Cuevas de Canelobre the caves are worth visiting. The local area is spoilt for beaches with the one at El Campello with it's pedestrianised promenade 10 minutes walk away. Beaches along the coastline are backed by the coastal railway which has stops along the whole length making it the ideal local transport system.

A DVD player with a selection of over 200 DVD's to view. The balcony has nice views to the mountains and parking is on the street which can be seen from the balcony. The front overlooks a courtyard with restaurants and bars. You can take a 1 minute stroll on the complex to the grass area for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a play pen in the property that can be used for infants.
