The studio is perfect for business travel offering convenience to downtown, ideal for a smaller family or great for a romantic get away for two.
The property is accessed through a digital combo box so there are no worries about losing keys or getting locked out. You just use your combo and you are in and out. Many of our guests have vehicles during their stays in which case you can park on Ulysses St and Grandview Ave 24 hours 7 days a week for no charge. A lot of folks do not even use a car once they are here but if you need to get around in your vehicle, you can park it here. The city does allow parking on Grandview Ave during the week but only for one hour increments and on Sunday all day. So if you are in and out a lot during the day you can often park in front and then park the vehicle on Ulysses Street at night.
Grandview Ave at night is spectacular. In the evenings each night, local moonlighters will come up to Grandview Ave to walk around, admire the views, have a drink, stroll up and down the street and relax. The lighting on the street is very good and the city provides look out stations all up and down the street for people to look out on the city. You are hundreds of yards perched high above the city looking down so you'll feel like you truly have a birds eye view.
The property is professionally managed so you will receive service and treatment like you might expect at a hotel. We own season tickets for all the major sports teams Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and music venues. Many of our tenants use our tickets for fun and to entertain with. We have some of the best seats the stadiums offer for each sport.
