General Rental Policies:
For special events or rentals that exceed (4) days, we will offer to schedule additional mid-stay cleaning every three day which will include clean linen, fresh towels, and the replenishment of other needed items such as tissues. A courtesy laundry service will be provided everyday for towels only. We will provide a custom furnished property rental agreement prior to arrival. For special events there will be a max of 50 guests allowed. For groups greater than 50 with 75 being the maximum allowed, there is prior authorization needed, a valet service is required. We are available for corporate events, weddings, receptions, and fund raisers. NO PARTIES allowed, M-TH Breakfast & Brunch events only. F-Sat Breakfast, Brunch & Dinner Events available. All events must end by 10pm.
Deposit Policy:
A fully refundable $1,200.00 security damage deposit is due within 10 days of booking. A 50% credit card deposit is due within 14 days of booking. There is a $300.00 standard cleaning charge. A Background and credit check are required prior to honouring lease agreement. A photocopy of the front and back of your driver's license is required. Payments and Deposits must be paid by Credit Card only.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations may be made 45 days prior to your stay. For cancellations made 45-30 days prior to your stay. We reserve the right to retain 50% if the rental amount as a cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 29 days prior to your stay. Adjustments to the cancellation policy will be made for holiday periods.
