I'm a retired commercial artist and worked many years handling advertising for companies in both the Washington, DC and Wilmington, DE areas. I love to collect paintings by other artists and visit galleries in Delaware and surrounding areas as much as possible. It's great living in the Rehoboth Beach area, since it feels like I'm on vacation year-round.

Why Owner chose Rehoboth Beach
I've always wanted to live at the beach. Having a townhouse so close to the beach, but in a quiet location is a dream come true. My favorite thing about my townhouse is having 3 living levels and the vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms. I think my townhouse has a great deal of character and just love it! It's nice to be so close to the beach, but still have a quiet atmosphere. Plus, it's nice that my townhouse borders Thompson Island Nature Preserve with great hiking trails. I couldn't ask for more.
What makes this townhome unique
Who doesn't love the beach? My name is Jackie and for years, I've enjoyed the beauty, relaxation and excitement of Rehoboth Beach and wanted to offer a place for others to enjoy as well. Ten years ago, I decided to invest in a beach property that exceeds the traveler's expectations. I've dedicated myself to creating a beach rental that is much more then 'just a rental property.' My goal was to provide the opportunity to create family memories in a townhouse that is close to the beach and offers a home away from home atmosphere. That is why I'm happy to share my townhouse with you and your family. Everyone needs a place to escape and relax!
Rehoboth Beach is really a multifaceted fun destination with many annual programs, including free beach concerts and art/antique shows throughout the summer. Not far away, you can enjoy historic Lewes or take the ferry to enjoy a day in quaint Cape May, NJ. Our restaurants are new and exciting, with a range from pizza delivery to ethnic and fine gourmet dining. Spend some time shopping on Rehoboth Avenue or find great brand names like Coldwater Creek, Ralph Lauren, Vanity Fair, Nike...located at our outlets with tax-free savings. Also, for those who love a good farmer's market, the new Rehoboth Beach park (located at the end of Columbia Street, near the town circle) is open on Tuesday from 12 noon until 6:00 PM.
