The 700 sq. ft. deck and breathtaking sunsets are the jewel of this home. Deck is fabulous for entertaining or quiet romantic dinners. Outdoor refigerator,bbq and enclosed side porch. Beautiful water views from almost every room. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Water ski, jet ski,swim and fish in your own backyard .Bring your toys. Boat or drive to the ocean or the many marine resturants in the bay area.A rare find and a perfect summer or year round getaway.

We loved this house! It was the perfect space for the kids (ages 4 and 6), mom and dad, and grandma too. The beach is right out the back door and the kids really enjoyed playing in the sand and the shallow water. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and the owners were very helpful. It's close to town with easy access to grocery store, restaurants, etc. We hope we'll be back for another stay here on Tiana Bay!

The perfect beach house in a quiet section of Hampton Bays. The house was fully equipped with everything a vacationer would need. The Landlord was wonderful with communication and responded quickly to any requests we had. I would recommend this house to anyone in a minute!!
