Ocean Walk Resort has alot to do and wide open spaces to play and walk.
Unit overlooks a beautiful landscaped area, is close to the front heated pool and clubhouse. We are also within walking distance of the pier/village area (8 blocks).
Our area is rich in history, beautiful scenery with hanging moss, lots of southern charm to go around!~

You will love E12! King size bed and two twins, also a quaility queen air mattress. Also has a portable baby bed. Unit freshly painted summer of 2012, new carpeting too. Quality linens provided and beach towels. 3 Tv's in condo, DVD players with all three. Kitchen does have an icemaker, new flat top stove, crockpot, all pots and pans and bakeware.
WIFI in this unit with desk area for you to work or play on the internet while you are here with your laptop. Unit has a reclining sofa and reclining chair. Deck chairs and table.
E12 has hardwood floors in main living area and carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed along with a 5' vanity and mirrored area, walk thru closet and soaking tub with shower. Second bedroom has the two twins which are very comforatble and a double height queen air mattress (easy to set up and deflate).
The island has many great golf courses, our favorite is Hampton Club on the north end of the island. Heritage golf course and Jekyll Island offer the best rates and are a 30 minute drive away.
You can walk down to the pier for coffee and again for the sunset. The village area is the heart of this island and it is very easy to ride your bike there or jog. The lighthouse has been recently renovated and is open for tours again, there is putt putt golf and a large picnic area here as well.

Ocean Walk has two pools one is heated in the winter months, lots of lounge chairs, grills, fitness center, 16 beautiful acres, fishing in lake. Picnic under the oaks or play tennis. Business Center with computer hookups or WIFI and clubhouse. Onsite manager during weekdays.

THE MAP IS OFF A LITTLE TO THE LEFT, MALLERY STREET IS SAME STREET AS THE PIER! PIER IS AT END OF MALLERY, NOT IN THE OCEAN! YOU CAN WALK TO PIER FROM OUR LOCATION BYWAY OF THE BIKE PATH, WELL LIGHTED.
I drove onto St. Simons in 1980 and immediately knew this was where I wanted to spend the rest of my life! My husband and I went back home, gave two weeks notice and moved to St. Simons and have never regretted it!
We love this island and all of the things that you can find to do that are free. It is a beautiful place. The bike paths that now encompass the island are such a nice addition. The village area with all of its charm is a draw for vistors and locals alike!

Our kids are so lucky to have been born here and to be able to ride their bikes to the beach, ball fields, etc. It is a safe environment and very family friendly.
