Went this summer and when we arrived all the garbage from the past owner was still inside, a lot of dirt and sand was on the floor.. not too neat and clean. Plus at the end of the trip I realized that my kids forgot 2 pairs of google which the owner confirmed to have found. I asked her many times by phone to mail it to me and she didnt botter to call back and when I reached her for the 4th time, she told me she didnt want to invest the 7$-8$ that it would cost to mail it to me when I mentioned that my kids were very sad to have forgotten them. Wouldnt have been a big deal, right ? I think she'd rather have a bad review instead of a nice comment of gratefullness to show to other customers !!!

Owner's Response: To all of our renters in 2012 Thank you! My husband Dan and I do all we can to keep our cottage clean, tidy, and comfortable. As you know sometimes you cannot please every guest. I hope all of our prospective guests see the big pictue. Our cottage is affordable, adorable and very well kept. Unfortunately this renter was not happy from her arrival. Hopefully next season she finds a place perfect for her in Quebec. Thank you.
