COMFORTABLE QUIET 3BR/2BA NEXT TO NATIONAL FOREST, ON SKI SHUTTLE BUS ROUTE

This spacious 3 bedroom, two-floor condo has a great layout and really everything you could want to enjoy a family vacation in Waterville Valley. The house was very clean and well-maintained, had a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for (in our case) a family of four, All amenities in the Valley are within walking distance (including the health club, use of which comes with the rental for a $10 fee), but it was also very nice for us to hang out in the living room and let the fireplace roar. The owners were wonderful to deal with and made things very easy.

We visit Waterville Valley several times a year--this condo was our favorite. It was a great space for our family which included my 3 & 4 year old children and my mother-in-law. The communication with the owner was excellent and the information provided about the condo prior to the stay was clear and very well-organized. The layout of the condo was great and it was very clean and also organized. Compared to other condos, it had little extras that make things nice, like very comfortable beds/bedding, basic condiments, aluminum foil, tape, clearly labeled switches, etc--helpful items that aren't necessarily in other condos. The location is convenient, a 2 minute walk to the Rec Center, Curious George Cottage, and Athletic Center and a 7-10 minute walk to Town Square with our 2 children. There is also a small yard in the back and a nice deck. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and recommend this condo--thanks so much!
