Located off a lovely square surrounded by merchants galore, sits this beautiful & bright one bedroom apartment in a classic 19th Century Parisian building. Walk through the open courtyard & up 1 flight of stairs to your home away from home... in Paris.
Conveniently located, you'll be walking distance from the Eiffel Tower & 1 block away from Metro 'Vaugirard.' Kick back at the cafe downstairs after a long day of sight-seeing. Or cross the street to sample cheese from the world-class fromagerie Androuet. The wine shop is right next door not to mention bakery, butcher, fish & fruits. Perfect for a cozy night at home with the taste of Paris right out your front door.
Purchased in 2010, the place has undergone a head to toe renovation. Architecturally re-designed, the apartment features a fully-equipped open kitchen, as well as new bathroom & bedroom with tons of storage space.

My husband is from Paris & as an American growing up in Switzerland it was important for us to keep some roots in Europe. Now living in Los Angeles, we love returning to Paris for a French fix when we can. Our apartment is very special to us & we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Cedric Martin purchased this apartment in 2010
I lived in this neighborhood for years & love that it's lively yet not too touristy. It's extremely safe & everything you need is within walking distance.
Your morning cup of coffee is literally downstairs at Cafe Beuret. Cross the square for one of the best pain au chocolate in town (Boulangerie Pichard). Suit up & jog to Champs de Mars with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
Cedric and Lucy have a lovely apartment they were kind enough to share. We were thrilled with the place and considered it a real home away from home. All the amenities of the apartment were perfect. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much and enjoyed the warm croissants in the morning from the local boulangerie Frederic Pichard. (We got a great "suggestion list" from Cedric of local places to eat and enjoy.) The kitchen was small but very efficient. We made dinner and ate in a couple of nights after long sightseeing days. The building was quiet. The apartment is on the second floor, but the stairs are not bad, The bedroom is very comfortable and there is adequate storage. It was warm in Paris when we were there, but the apartment was quite comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and both a handheld and rainfall shower head. Cedric and Lucy were very responsive as was the management company they use, Entrance to the Metro is about two blocks away and is very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay at their apartment again when in Paris! Thanks Cedric and Lucy!
This apartment is great. Small but very nicely renovated, and located in a "regular" neighborhood far from the busy center, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is fantastic boulangerie around the corner with wonderful pastries so we had really excellent breakfast every day. This apartment is compact but really nice.
We are frim Australia and we chose this apartment because it looked nice on Home Away and it was just around the corner from our daughter's family residence. We had stayed with our children two years ago so we knew the area was very nice. We enjoy all the speciality shops downstairs from the apartment and enjoy the rue de commerce, a very nice shopping street in the 15th arr. The apartment met all our expectations and more. It had a warm ambience which i think reflects the owner's warm personalities. We have the feeling that they would want us to have a wonderful time in Paris and we did. We wold rcommend this apartment.
Lucy and Cedric's appartment is a true "bijou". We spent five days in June in this cozy, convenient and extremely well conceived pied a terre, between a visit to Burgundy and a short trip to England. We felt at home from the moment we entered the door. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel! We never left the quartier as it is charming, has everything one needs, is not filled with tourists and is quiet.
We just returned from 3 wonderful nights in Paris. The description and photos were spot on. We were really happy when we stepped into this small but so well organized and well decorated apartment. It is modern and clean with an updated bathroom (nice shower). Although we did not use the kitchen, it had everything you would need including an espresso maker and a washing/drying machine. The bedroom had lots of storage and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room was comfy too. Very nice towels and linens. WiFi worked well for us so that was nice.
We loved the location and wish we could have stayed longer and cooked a great meal. You have everything you need a couple of steps from the front door in the Place Gen. Beuret- amazing cheese shop, bakery, butcher, fish monger, wine shop, chocolate shop, wonderful bookstore (25 h), and cute cafes. We enjoyed watching the World Cup matches at a comfy bar just around the corner - great happy hour prices!
The 15th is a fun quartier and the apartment is a close walk to the metro station. The owner (very nice) was very quick to respond to our emails and the agency in Paris was easy to work with.
The apartment is so well designed. The living room feels larger than it appears in the photos and is quite comfortable. Three of us stayed here and there was plenty of room, we were not bumping into each other. This apartment could not be in a better location. The neighborhood has it all, fresh veggies and fruit, outstanding cheese shop and bakery, butcher, all you need to live like a Parisian. Having stayed in other locations in the past, we plan to return to this apartment on our next trip to Paris.
