You absolutely cannot beat the location! Historic downtown main street Breckenridge! Right across the street from the base of peak 9, and then one block to the quicksilver chair lift. There are conveniences such as a grocery store, post office, liquor store, and many restaurants within 2 blocks!

As convenient as ski in/ski out, since you are only minutes from the main ski lift at base of peak 9, but you are in historic Breckenridge! Leave your car in the garage and walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.!

Good place for what it was...a place to crash. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Never could get tv in living room to work but then again we weren't there much to watch it. Overall good little place!

Owner's Response: I'm sorry that the Sealy Posturepedic mattress was too firm for your liking. There is variability in personal preferences for mattress firmness.

The Comcast HD TV digital service has expanded channels to serve the 42" TV in the living room controlled by the universal remote. This remote controls the digital cable box, the TV, and DVD player by first selecting the device to be controlled (cable, TV, aux).

We have a property manager who is available to help guests. She contacts the guests before their stay to provide her contact information and is available when guests contact her.

A COUPLE OF WRINKLES IN OUR STAY, BUT PERFECT LOCATION AND GREAT AFFORDABILITY

Stayed here with two adult friends and a dog, and it was a perfect location for taking lessons at the Village (Peak 9). Within easy walking distance, and I carried a board each day. There are very few dog-friendly rentals in Breckenridge, and this one has nice but not extremely nice furniture, so you don't feel as if your dog has to sit in the corner and not move so you don't ruin anything. There are a lot of stairs, so this is not a rental for anyone who can't climb stairs with heavy luggage. The biggest problem that we had was that the toilet overflowed and there was no plunger in the bathroom -- no way to fix it, got the emergency line on the rental and no person, and the nearest hardware store was miles away on icy roads. We borrowed one from an amazing Whole-Foods-type grocery store across the street, so all was well. . . but hopefully by the next time someone visits, there will be one in the bathroom just in case. The coffee maker also didn't work, and we had to do "pour-over" coffee each morning, which wasn't such a sacrifice - but it would have been nice to have a working coffeemaker. On the "great side," there were a lot of TV programs (premium channels), and the closeness to Main Street and the dog park (.4 miles) was amazing. You can definitely have a "walking vacation" if you want to go to Peak 9, or use the shuttle and travel to the other ski runs. One of the nicest aspects of this condo's location is its proximity to the grocery store right across the street. They've just upgraded the store with lots of amazing products, and you don't need to drive to Dillon to get to Whole Foods for your grocery shopping during your trip. We went out to eat to a different restaurant every day, and all had wonderful food and were within walking distance. Can you say, location, location, location? This condo oozes it. It's small, though - three people and a dog stretched its capacity to the limit. One more disadvantage if you are sensitive to noise -- you can hear people come in the outside door, and they do come in at all hours, so if you need peace and quiet, go somewhere else. It only bothered us because when someone was really loud coming in from the outside, our dog decided to be a guard dog and bark at the intruders. I took off one star for the broken coffee maker and the lack of a toilet plunger, but I'm sure the owners will get those things fixed quickly -- so I highly recommend this place.

WONDERFUL LOCATION!

We just got back from our vaca and absolutely loved our stay. This condo is in an excellent location to Main St. with all it's shops and dining. We were also able to walk to lifts. Can't wait to go back to Breckenridge and make it our home one day!!

Perfect location in downtown Breck. Walk to everywhere you need to be. Best feature = heated underground garage. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, fast wifi. Can be a bit loud, but that's what you get with the great location. Excellent value. Would definitely stay here again.
