This 3 story modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 1/2 bathroom and a private 1 car garage. There's no 'cramming in' at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. It is a short walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas. It is privately owned and exceptionally maintained. From the 2nd floor, you can sit on one of two balconies and enjoy the view of South Padre skyline and partial views of both beach and the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax while you watch the sunset. What a great way to start or end your day! You can also sit on rear balcony and enjoy the full view of large lap pool.

Throughout the home, you can expect to find the normal amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi,cable TV, etc., but Costa Blanca also offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies.

This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 12.

This vacation home has 4 balconies with partial views of both Beach and Bay side. It is great for a group of no more than 12.

The town home is a short walking distance from beach access. It is also walking distance to restaurants and several shops. The island shuttle (The Wave) provides free transportation to the mainland and throughout the island. Unit B is not in the rental pool and at times is occupied by our on site property manager.

When traveling with my 3 children, I always prefer to rent a private home with all its amenities instead of a hotel. This allows us to relax more and allows more time for family bonding. Having a kitchen for home cooked meals is always a plus.

Beautiful House!

This house is simply beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. A group of 10 of us spent a week here and it was plenty of room for us! The pool was very convenient as we spent every night in it. The house was close to everything including convenient stores, beach, restaurants and the clubs were also walking distance!! One of the owners stayed at the unit right next to us for 2-3 days and made us feel very welcome. He gave us our space and we if it wasn't for his vehicle outside we wouldn't of realized he was there. Overall we had an amazing vacation and owe a lot of it to the owners of this house for opening up their beautiful home. Next time we come down to South Padre we will definitely stay here

The property was adequate, however I had several issues during my stay which were never addressed. I attempted to report them to the property manager upon arrival, but only got a recorded message that she was "on vacation". I left voice mail which was never answered. After checking in, I found:
1) There was no toilet paper
2) There was no shampoo
3) There was no access code to the wifi and I could not use my computer
4) The cable tv was "not authorized" during the entire stay
5) There was spoiling food in the refrigerator
I again reported all of these things upon my return, but still have not heard anything from the property manager.
The property is described as a Town Home but in reality it is a duplex. There were no tenants in the adjoining side while I was there but I would have been extremely disappointed if I would have had to share the pool with others.
All in all I was not pleased considering the price of the rental.
Owner's Response: During this guests stay, home owner was out of the country on vacation. However, a property manager was available by calling an alternate phone number which has always been listed on website. Guest never called alternate phone number to report any issues. A minimum of 2 to 3 toilet paper rolls are always supplied in each bathroom. Shampoo is never supplied, only bar soap. WiFi is listed on Welcome flyer which is located on foyer table. Our website picture clearly shows property is a duplex. When guest inquired about this rental property, he was informed that property has a 2nd unit that is privately owned and unoccupied.

After a booking miscommunication which was immediatly resolved, we arrived at this unit and was immediately impressed by this rental. Everything was as described. Only negative was there are no tubs only showers. The rental was immaculate. The pictures do not do it any justice. Bedrooms were very large . We had a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for everybody If it got too loud the bedroom door blocked out the noise for privacy The rental is in a perfect location . A CVS is a block away, and the beach is a short walk. The area was quiet with the exception of a few loud party people. Basically did not hear any outside noise. If you plan on using the grill, keep in mind it is a gas grill, we did not know how to use it (I do not think there was any gas in it) but someone left one of those table top charcoal grills. The beach was beautiful and clean and we did not encounter any crowds. Suprisingly we used the pool only once, we spent most of the time at the beach. The master bedroom and the livingroom looks out to the pool, which is nice if you have kids to look out for. Overall I would recommend this rental to family and friends.

Costa Blanca Unit A was as described. The pool is a great asset and we utilized it often. It was nice to be the only ones using it. In addition to the pool, the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The house was furnished nicely and comfortably. The customer service provided by the property manager was beyond expectations! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!
