House, 5 Bedrooms, 3.5+ Baths, Sleeps 10

Our almost new professionally decorated home is located in a quiet area that fronts a cross street perfect for the l ittle ones to safely ride bikes. Ideal for multi-family use. 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute by golf cart. There is a golf cart available for rent by owner at $250/week. Our recent guests requested this option because they thought renting through Ocean Lakes was a hassle. This home has complimentary Wi-Fi.

A beautiful Granite countertop and Maple cabinet kitchen offers an eat on bar and dining table for 6. Elevated deck has patio table and chairs. There is also a rattan couch, chair and ottoman with cushions for great relaxation. Ceiling fans in all major rooms as well as patio provides comfort throughout the home. All the bedrooms have a wall mounted flat panel TV with more than 75 channels including the basics plus ESPN, CNN, Disney,Nat Geo,Etc.

The two twin bedrooms and the living room all have DVD players connected. All baths have 12x12 tile floors,granite tops w-undermount sinks.

The main floor Master has a queen bed, 2 sinks and tumbled tile shower w-2 heads. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor adjacent to the 2 full baths. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twins each for a maximum of 10 guests. This is not the regular rental unit. This is a custom built home with upgraded furniture, fixtures and design. Prepare to be spoiled.

This homesite is private with adjoining yard left undeveloped by owner. This area is great for children to use tree swing, play badmitton etc. The lower area has a privacy fence at rear with picnic table and stainless gas grill. There is a private spacious outdoor hot water shower with double heads, one is on a flexible hose for washing the little ones without having to lift them. Please take advantage of the beach cart that will make toting all your beach gear a breeze. Comfortable outdoor patio furniture makes a great place for fun and relaxation.

We just had a wonderful time staying at this location! Bob was extremely easy to work with and very helpful! The place is beautifully decorated and it looks exactly like in the pictures. It was very clean and I felt right at home. We loved that there was a golf cart available and enjoyed all the amentites that Ocean Lakes had to offer! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Bob for making our stay so wonderful!

We stayed at this house for a week in August and we will definitely stay again. This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner has spared no expense in the quality features of this house. The deck was so nice any time of day. It's in a beautiful, quiet location on a corner lot. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything you may need. The bathroom in the master suite is a definite plus, one of the many wonderful features of this house. I would recommend this property to relatives, friends, and anyone that is interested in renting a gorgeous house at Myrtle Beach. The owner was so kind and helpful. Overall Perfect Vacation.

My family just returned from vacationing at this location. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. This home offered plenty of room inside and out. It was adult and kid friendly. We have stayed in Ocean Lakes for many, many years and this place out ranks all others. Already planning next year's vacation.

We truly enjoyed our Ocean Lakes vacation at this home. It's in a great location - short trip by golf cart to beach and pool. Loved the layout and the owners were helpful with all our questions. We had two families staying and we had plenty of room for all 5 children and all four adults. You will be pleased with your stay at this home.

Our vacation experience at this Ocean Lakes house was the best our family has had by far. This new home's design and decor were wonderful, and the amenities and furnishings provided luxury and comfort for everyone. The kitchen, dinning, and living areas are spacious, and the extra large deck and yard allows for relaxation. The location is on a quiet road that is convenient to all. We will definitely return to this property as a most valued family vacation.
