Cleaning €150

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Charges included
  • Maintenance of garden, swimming pool (once per week, twice a week during high season), electricity, water and Internet Wifi access: all inclusive.
    Use of both bikes is free of charge.

    Brand new and comfortable linen. 20 € per person
    Final cleaning is compulsory: 150 €.


    The rental rates of 950 € per week do not include electrical heating system.
    Until the 30th of March, the pool cannot be heated.
    From the 1st of April to the 11th of May, the pool can be heated of 100 € per week.
    From the 1st of October to the 15th October: 100 € to heat the pool.
  • Security deposit of 1 000 €.
    25 % of deposit upon booking.
    75 % of the rental price to be paid 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay.

  • Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00
