Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This Condominium has a beautiful Oceanfront View!

Recently, 2007 renovated with all new decks and vinyl siding. Gorgeous!

This Condominium is decorated with a unique Caribbean Beach theme. It was professionally decorated and has many wonderful amenities. These include a huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need, as well as multiple DVD and VHS players to suit your liking. Wi-Fi available with X-box hook ups available on TV's.

The condo is equipped with a master bedroom and bath that includes a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is very brightly decorated. Perfect for Children! Next to the bedroom there is a full bath. In the den there is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa! The unit does NOT allow smoking inside the condominium. Pets are also NOT allowed. Linens are NOT included but are available for an additional charge.

GREAT LOCATION!! Ocean Pier I is located in Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach. It is a perfect location for families. There is a beachside convenience shop located across the street, as well as a small grill and arcade.It is several blocks from the popular Barefoot Landing,Colonial Mall and Tanger outlets. The famous House of Blues is also located close by. Great location for golfing.

Note For People with Handicaps: There is NOT an elevator at Ocean Pier I. The location of this condominium is on the third floor.

The property was great. The decore was cute and the space was large and very clean. The property and the beach is perfect for families because of low traffic and sense of security. I would recommend this property and hope to go again soon!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
