This is a charming year round lakefront cottage only 25 minutes east of Saratoga, New York located at the northeast end of Cossayuna Lake. Truly a great location. Bring your own boat or jet ski that can be docked on our private 70 foot dock (NYS boat launch is close by) or use OUR 2 canoes, a paddle boat or 14 foot fishing boat with the use of an electric motor/power motor on this beautiful 3 mile long NYS stocked fishing lake.

Sit on the patio for a barbeque with two picnic tables or have a campfire nestled in a grove of hemlocks. Enjoy the lake water with a very large fun island, with numerouse water tubes. You can enjoy watching the sunset every night while sitting on our lakeside deck or patio.

This is a clean well-maintained two bedroom cottage offering a open living area with full kitchen and dining area with a panoramic view of the lake. Pillows and blankets are provided, a baby highchair and pack and play are available, if needed.

My daughter, granddaughter, and myself stayed at this home/cabin for nine or ten days in May. The furnishings and amenities were clean and plentiful; the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. During our visit there was one of those memorable lightning/thunderstorms that rolled in quickly with trees and power lines down for miles around. The power was out for over a day. The landlord called the neighboring residents immediately following the storm and had them check to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. Having a large generator they took our frozen food and kept it for us. Such a nice vacation......my granddaughter is begging to come back to "our" cabin. We really appreciated this family opening and sharing their summer home with us. Darlene, Sacramento-CA
